I have to highly recommend Sacha. She really goes out of her way to find you the right property. She is very friendly and easy to talk to & has been the only agent to patiently go through all the properties with me. She also calls regularly with price updates and keeps me informed of anything new coming onto the market. I have to give her top marks for the effort she puts in !

The Trusted AgentGreat service - very understanding of our requirements
Jonny has been the best estate agent that we have dealt with so far in our house search. He has been the only one who has genuinely listened and understood our requirements - putting forward houses of the right character, size and location (many others seem to keep sending houses in other towns etc, despite us saying we were very particular!). My husband I have felt like we have been kept up to speed with the progress of offers etc and been informed about new houses that meet our requirements ahead of them going on Rightmove. I would recommend Charters Farnham (especially Jonny) and look forward to the next houses we get shown! Thank you Jonny

Charters very quickly got a feel for the kind of property we were after. It was a rare thing in Winchester. However, they found it. Leanne kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Having never purchased a house before Leanne seemed to make it all feel relatively easy. They know what they are doing.

Leanne has been fantastic over the last few months, since the point of securing a chain she has ensured communications have been continuous, she has been so calm, positive and supremely professional. Once you have a sale in place and a house you want to buy, then emotions move from the relaxed fun of house hunting to rather more tense affair, hoping for the whole thing to actually happen. Whenever there was a worrying radio silence Leanne worked with her colleagues, other agents and solicitors to preserve the chain. She provided guidance throughout and is clearly expert in successfully reaching completion. I wasn't aware there was such a role in Estate Agencies, however it has made a huge difference to the continuity of the sale and Leanne has added just that extra sparkle. Leanne is a real asset to Charters and it has been a pleasure to work with Leanne and of course the whole Charters team!

After signing up with all the estate agents in Winchester Jas from Charters was the only one that kept in touch trying to find me and my partner a place to live. She was very personable and really helped us find the place that suited our needs the most. She kept us in the loop and was really down to earth. I couldn't recommend Jas and her lettings team enough. They are aware that it is in everyones interests to find the right property for the client even if it means going above and beyond! Thanks Jas for all the hard work you put into finding us a home!

I have been having to navigate the waters of letting on behalf of my mother, and have no idea what I am doing! All the Charters staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and understanding of my situation, and Kirsty has been extremely helpful to me in advising how to deal with slightly tricky end of tenancy issues. She was always reassuring and I felt absolutely confident that she knew how to handle the process and give me sound advice, always happy to look over emails I needed to send etc. I can't recommend her highly enough!

From the moment our offer was accepted Leanne has been by our side to ensure that things progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible. I know that Leanne is extremely busy and manages a high volume of cases simultaneously but based on the service we received you would never have known. Always happy to take the time to explain any issues that arose or listen to my (at times crazy) concerns and problems I really felt like we were her only customer at every point. I really cannot recommend Leanne highly enough and I just know that she treats every single customer / sale with the same care and attention as she would her own.

As a landlord we used Charters to find a tenant for our Winchester property. Charters' office in Wonchester found suitable tenants and negotiated rent to our satisfaction. Adel managed the references, tenancy agreement, deposits, inventory and initial rent and provided an excellent service. At each stage she kept us up to date by email or telephone which meant the process progressed smoothly. Her helpful emails were well written and concise, keeping us informed at each stage of the process. On the telephone, Adel has excellent communication skills and is always helpful and positive.. Adel is efficient agent with high standards and excellent communication skills.
