Following Jonathan's initial visit to value the house, Charters moved quickly to organise particulars and photographs. I was very pleased with the way the house was advertised and it soon attracted potential buyers. Mike and his staff were efficient in keeping me up to date about interest expressed in the property and about viewings. I feel that I benefitted from his expert knowledge of the property market and appreciated his advice at various stages of the process. The house was advertised in April and the sale has been completed in less than three months.. I can recommend Charters as excellent estate agents.

Want to thank Leanne for being so attentive and persistent in helping my purchase go through relatively quickly despite the usual issues. Given that I wasn't the paying customer Leanne treated me as if I was and knowing this was a long awaited opportunity to get on the housing ladder, she was very reassuring. Her knowledge of the mortgage process from her past working career helped hugely in identifying when our solicitors were giving false excuses for delays, which they were! Thank you Leanne, you were amazing.

After 10 years of renting other people properties as a single Dad, I finally managed to scrape a deposit together to buy our own home for my daughters and I.. I found the perfect home through Charters and from the moment Nony booked my viewing, she took the time to understood my situation. I put in an offer immediately leaving the property, which was accepted and Nony went out of her way to ensure that seller agreed to cancel all future viewings, putting me forward as an ideal buyer. She didn't need to do that and it will always be remembered.

I bought the house I have now sold through Charters four years ago, It was owing to the excellent service I received from Nony at that time that I decided to sell through Charters this year. In order to have measurements taken for carpets and blinds, I needed 'out of hours' access to the house prior to my purchase and before exchange had even taken place. Nony met me on a dark, dank night in February and waited with me for an hour so that the measurements could be taken. I was so impressed - and grateful - and judge this to be apt evidence of Nony's willingness to maintain exemplary standards with a true personal touch.

My house had been empty for several weeks, I then asked John (Charters) to assist and despite other agents informing me that there was no interest currently, John made the calls and arranged 3 viewings for that weekend. Leanne is a true professional. Our house sale was full of ups and downs and was an extremely stressful process.
