GoogleTook the money and ran. What should have been a pain free move took 3 horrendous weeks, during which time we were presented with nothing but shrugged shoulders and a "what can you do" mentality. As they work in market where demand far outstrips supply, they really have no interest in providing a service. They are just a deposit box in which to post money.

GoogleI would avoid from renting with this estate agent, they will tell you anything to get your money but as we found out they lie a lot. We are now facing expensive storage and accommodation fees. Speaking to the letting agent we are now going through have said we are not the first.

GoogleWorked really hard to keep the sale together with a very particular purchaser! Nothing was too much trouble, even when negotiations got difficult. The whole team were very professional & I would highly recommend.

GoogleBranch were very good to deal with, but the department that deals with property management are appalling, ill informed, not compliance aware and downright rude. Shame as I have used the company for purchasing property before but it seems this 'local' company is becoming more like the faceless corporate agents every day. Certainly wont use them for rentals again....
