We consider that the company operate a tick box system, we were told that our prospective tenant had a glowing financial status but we consider that the referencing was inadequate. The tenant was not in the level of employment we had been led to believe and vacated with arrears whilst also failing to pay utilities. There were debt collectors chasing him. We were left to collect the arrears, which we managed to do. Bradleys then charged us commission on the arrears we recovered. We lodged a formal complaint which was roundly rejected by the company and are now considering a complaint to the Ombudsman. We would not deal with this company again.

I sold my property through this agent: Outstanding service from Katie and her team at Bradleys in Cowick Street. I can not fault them in any way. They had constant communication streams and answered any query I had quickly and professionally. Fees are also very reasonable and they are worth every penny. My parents have also used them and found the same service. So they are consistent. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks for everything

Very Bad. Booked a valuation Friday 21 Oct 2016 @ 1:30. The appointment as kept and both properties look at. Siam Wood said she would ring me at 3:00pm with the valuations. Its now 11:15 The following Tuesday still waiting. Phoned the Camborne office permanent answer phone. Did not leave a message as I only want to speak with the manager. Took the money and ran. What should have been a pain free move took 3 horrendous weeks, during which time we were presented with nothing but shrugged shoulders and a "what can you do" mentality. As they work in market where demand far outstrips supply, they really have no interest in providing a service. They are just a deposit box in which to post money.

I would avoid from renting with this estate agent, they will tell you anything to get your money but as we found out they lie a lot. We are now facing expensive storage and accommodation fees. Speaking to the letting agent we are now going through have said we are not the first.

Worked really hard to keep the sale together with a very particular purchaser! Nothing was too much trouble, even when negotiations got difficult. The whole team were very professional & I would highly recommend.

Branch were very good to deal with, but the department that deals with property management are appalling, ill informed, not compliance aware and downright rude. Shame as I have used the company for purchasing property before but it seems this 'local' company is becoming more like the faceless corporate agents every day. Certainly wont use them for rentals again....
