GoogleWe found Bradley’s to be a professional and responsive service. All of the staff were friendly and easily contactable. They communicated well and often with us and behalf of their client. They called back when they said they would. Given their approach with us as purchasers, we would consider using Bradley’s for a sale in the future.

GoogleThe sales negotiators are all very pleasant, friendly and efficient. The property we purchased was empty and in reasonable condition and we had the money in the bank, so it was a fairly easy purchase. GooglePoor communication, After i left charged me over £500 from my deposit. Take photos of everything, absolutly everything even very small things like Little crack on tiles othervise you'll pay for it.
Thank you for your comments which are noted with interest particularly since you vacated the subject property in 2015. In the interests of fairness we actively and formally request all tenants to make any comment upon the condition of a property with seven days of the start of a tenancy. We note you chose not to do so. With regard the administration of your deposit the only deductions made were those to which you agreed and were considerably less than the £500 to which you now refer. We would welcome the opportunity to assist you with any additional concerns

GoogleGiven it 1 star only because it won't allow me to put zero stars! We have been misled throughout the process of us viewing and putting in offers on a property. I'm afraid to say that Bradleys in Honiton are a shining example of why Estate Agents have such a bad reputation in this country. The branch manager didn't even want to discuss our complaint but instead just handed us forms for their complaints process. All in all, customer care of the highest order? My advice is to steer clear!

GoogleFantastic team at Bradley’s who offer a wonderful service. Currently selling and purchasing property and cannot fault the service we have received. Friendly, approachable staff who are all happy to help in anyway they can. They are prompt to update me with any new information/progress and are very flexible with times to do this as I work full time. Charlotte has been excellent with dealing with all of our questions and promptly come back with answers. I feel confident selling with and buying with Bradley’s.
