GoogleDont go here if you are someone who claims housing benifit. The agents clained they could not help anyone who claims and we're very rude.

GoogleOnly one star because I can't give zero stars. Unprofessional, rented a property with them and problem after problem after problem. After getting their inventory we found it had someone else's names on it and the missed, mirrors hanging off, toilet seats broken and loose, keys missing and a cooker not working. When we went to the offices we waited about 15 minutes for the estate agent to get off a phone call, while another guy hid behind his computer screen in the corner ignoring us. When the 1st guy got off his pho e call, we were met with a guy who kept sayin "I dont usually deal with rentals". Avoid at all costs they are unprofessional, liars and incompatent.

GoogleI have viewed with every agent in Honiton now and have to admit, the whole team at Bradley's were sublime! Not pushy, clear in all explanations and thorough with their local knowledge. I didn't buy through them but can see clearly they are miles better than the rest. Well done.

GoogleVery good. Bradley's sold us our last house, and marketed it for us 14 years later. Good details and floorplan, good marketing, found us a buyer quickly. The buyers turned out to be Muppets, but Jason, nick and Anne kept them on the hook and we shifted our hovel. 5 stars. Jason particularly good with viewings with buyers, all the team are very easy to deal with and sensible when things get stressful.

GoogleBradley’s are hands down THE WORST estate agent I have ever had to deal with as a tenant. I would never use them ever again after my experience. I would actually give them 0 stars if I could! Alarm bells were ringing the moment we did the inventory check and they had ‘light bulbs not working’ on the inventory rather than actually replacing them for when we moved in. They hardly ever came to check the property, maybe once a year, which I’m sure isn’t what they agree with landlords. The property was riddled with damp and mould which took them 3 years to do anything about. If you have a pet do not use them as they charge you £170 for ‘fumigation’ when you check out. When I questioned what this was before signing the contract they told me it meant spraying the carpets with an over the counter flea spray. WRONG!!!!!!! Disgusted they tell you lies to sign a contract knowing full well you will get charged. Terrible agent, avoid at all costs.

Thank you for your comments. Whilst there are a number of points upon which we are not agreed we consider it appropriate to provide clarity regarding our pet policy in particular. Wherever possible we encourage our landlords to consider pets rather than to impose a blanket ban. In this instance your former landlord agreed you may keep a dog at the property subject to specific conditions. You signed an appendix to the tenancy agreement which quite clearly stated “The carpets are to be PROFESSIONALLY cleaned at the end of the tenancy by the Tenant and receipts for such work submitted to the Agent” and also that “At the end of the tenancy the property will be PROFESSIONALLY FUMIGATED for the purpose of destroying any pests that may remain the full cost of such pest control will be met by the Tenant and receipts for the same submitted to the Agent”. You did not comply with these provisions leaving us no option but to arrange the works on your behalf. You had the option to arrange these works yourself but chose not to, this being a view shared by the TDS whom arbitrated the deposit administration independently. For the avoidance of any doubt, this Company did not make any financial gain whatsoever as the £170 to which you refer was the price quoted by an independent contractor

GoogleYou can see from the reviews and ratings that it is a company your either very happy with or got terrible service. This is because If you are a landlord you will be looked after, as a tennant your treated as an afterthought or an inconvenience. Do not rent from these people. Do not trust these people. You will be treated with a complete lack of respect.
