GoogleIf I could leave no stars I would. Customer service was atrocious, patronising and dam right rude. Other members of staff clearly uncomfortable with how their colleague was conducting themselves. Will never recommend this company!!

GoogleI cannot rave about the St Thomas team enough! It was my first time selling a property and they were so helpful. It was very intimidating for me because there felt like there was so much to the process. But Bradley's reassured me and talked me through each step. They would always update me to keep me in the loop. It felt effortless and that nothing was too much for them. I will use them again and again. They have my trust!

GoogleHuge thank you to all the team at Bradley’s Newquay for helping us to sell and buy and making our dream happen. Special thank you to Shah for looking after the sale and purchase, answering all our queries (there were a lot), and making sure our purchase was to our requirements and that we were happy with everything. Thank you also to Michelle for setting up the sale of our house, Kathleen for negotiating the sale and David for the smooth and stress-free mortgage service and Richard for overseeing it all. We found the whole team to be very professional and helpful and would not hesitate to use Bradleys again.

GooglePoor experience and terrible communication. Viewed a property and expressed desire to rent whilst at the viewing. Partner sent his application form, heard nothing back. Chased them up and was given requirements and guidelines for references and guarantor, asked what information they needed for this, heard nothing back. Chased them up again and was told to go into branch with identification and guarantor identification, did this, heard nothing back. Chased them up once again and was told the property was let agreed to another applicant but my partner would be sent another application form for the property, never received an application form. It’s a shame, the property was lovely, but will be going through a more competent lettings agent from now on.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. Having looked into the file it appears that there were a number of items outstanding including proof of identification, which forms the very basic part of an application and without it, we will not process an application. We continually look to improve where possible although in this instance it does not appear our responsibility to chase you for information we have already asked you for. GoogleBradleys are very friendly and easy to deal with. We had a sale fall through which we were very disappointed about. Bradleys did everything in their power to increase viewings and we had a very successful sale! Would definitely use them again.

GoogleHaving just started using bradleys of Saltash we as a family are very impressed with Karen and the 2 ladies who attended our property over the weekend, we strongly believe that the commitment shown is about the customer and not just the commission on selling our property. Polite, knowledgeable, but most of all caring at a stressful time. Well done Bradley's for employing these individual ladies.

There are some that wish to simply market a property and some that wish to focus on the clients moving goals, provide an award-winning service whilst achieving the best price in the client's required timescales.
