GoogleWe had a very good buyers experience with Bradleys in the Saltash office. The team were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very responsive and acted very much as the voice of reason and calm during what was from time to time and very frustrating , stressful and confusing legal process. GoogleThe Bradleys Saltash team have been brilliant. We have just bought our first home through them and they have been very professional and helpful throughout. Karen and Angela were wonderful, explaining the whole process and keeping us updated on how things were proceeding, making everything as easy as possible for us. FacebookI am absolutely disgusted with Bradley's. We have had nothing but issues since we first moved into our house. We weren't even given all of the right keys to the property so we couldn't secure the garage until we made a maintenance request to get it fixed. With the inventory we were given, Bradley's couldnt even be bothered to change the names, it was still in the names of the previous tenants and the inventory was wrong. They are aware of problems that they still haven't bothered to fix. There were also numerous maintenance issues we had to get rectified that they just couldn't be bothered to sort before we moved in, including a toilet seat that needed completely replacing. They didn't bother to tell us we were renting a property that needed a parking permit to park outside on the street, so we got a ticket, and according to them they are not at fault because it's not their job to tell us because they said there is a space around the back, even though when we were showed round I said we would have 2 cars. All of our bad experience has mainly been from the Exeter city centre branch. They have also told us out right lies. I would advise anyone thinking of using them to be very careful!!! I would not recommend them to anyone and have found them to be completely incompetent!!!

GoogleDont go here if you are someone who claims housing benifit. The agents clained they could not help anyone who claims and we're very rude.

GoogleOnly one star because I can't give zero stars. Unprofessional, rented a property with them and problem after problem after problem. After getting their inventory we found it had someone else's names on it and the missed, mirrors hanging off, toilet seats broken and loose, keys missing and a cooker not working. When we went to the offices we waited about 15 minutes for the estate agent to get off a phone call, while another guy hid behind his computer screen in the corner ignoring us. When the 1st guy got off his pho e call, we were met with a guy who kept sayin "I dont usually deal with rentals". Avoid at all costs they are unprofessional, liars and incompatent.

GoogleI have viewed with every agent in Honiton now and have to admit, the whole team at Bradley's were sublime! Not pushy, clear in all explanations and thorough with their local knowledge. I didn't buy through them but can see clearly they are miles better than the rest. Well done.
