We do up property in the Plymouth and Saltash area and our latest property was a bungalow in Saltash, we refurbed it and had 4 valuations from the local Estate Agents. We decided to use Bradleys, the ladies Angela, Karen and Julie are professional, friendly and enthusiastic. It was Julie who swayed me when we booked to have a valuation, she felt like she cared. To us this was extremely important, as it’s the negotiators i.e. the lovely ladies or gents that sell the house to the potential buyer. Ian the manager is honest and approachable, he also does the valuations, and he kept us in the loop and told us what was going as the sale was going through. Huge thank you to all the team at Bradley’s Newquay for helping us to sell and buy and making our dream happen. Special thank you to Shah for looking after the sale and purchase, answering all our queries (there were a lot), and making sure our purchase was to our requirements and that we were happy with everything. Thank you also to Michelle for setting up the sale of our house, Kathleen for negotiating the sale and David for the smooth and stress-free mortgage service and Richard for overseeing it all. I cannot rave about the St Thomas team enough! It was my first time selling a property and they were so helpful. It was very intimidating for me because there felt like there was so much to the process. But Bradley's reassured me and talked me through each step. They would always update me to keep me in the loop. It felt effortless and that nothing was too much for them. I will use them again and again. They have my trust!
