GoogleGreat, professional and helpful staff, Not everything runs smoothly when moving house but the staff here took all their efforts to make it as smooth as possible sorting out any problems as they arise. It wasn’t straight forward our end and we didn’t think we would be able to buy that soon due to delays, however this was met with understanding, professionalism and patience from Martin and Ben at every step. GoogleHuge thank you to all the team at Bradley’s Newquay for helping us to sell and buy and making our dream happen. Special thank you to Shah for looking after the sale and purchase, answering all our queries (there were a lot), and making sure our purchase was to our requirements and that we were happy with everything. Thank you also to Michelle for setting up the sale of our house, Kathleen for negotiating the sale and David for the smooth and stress-free mortgage service and Richard for overseeing it all. We found the whole team to be very professional and helpful and would not hesitate to use Bradleys again.

GoogleBradleys are outdated in their attitudes, unsympathetic with terrible customer service I was completely dismissed offhand. With so many agencies out there - my advice to both landlords and tenants - use someone else.
James, we're sorry to hear you felt like this when contacting the Exeter office. We do not wish to come across that way at all although the activity in the market has meant we are dealing with an unprecedented volume of enquiries, not that it should affect how we interact with customers. GoogleWe were moving to Cornwall from Buckinghamshire. This meant that we were very dependent on Bradleys expertise and drive to help in the sale of the property to us. Bradleys liaised between all parties concerned and our respective solicitors on a frequent basis often making several calls every day. They expedited the sale of the house from offer to completion within seven weeks. At no time did we need to prompt Bradleys. They were highly professional, approachable and friendly at all times. They broke the myth that estate agents are cowboys. They have since contacted us after completion to make sure that all is well. We appreciated this greatly and we highly recommend them to anyone who would want to use their services. They made what could have been a highly stressful process as smooth as possible.

GoogleBradleys did a fantastic job of selling my fathers flat. Having used two previous agents with not a lot of interest. Martin's team had several viewings & two offers! They gave advice on how to prepare the property for sale. Great communication from the team which is paramount. I never had to chase them. I'd highly recommend the Helston branch. We've also used them for a property purchase & again no complaints.

GoogleThe service was excellent despite the lockdown and less staff than normal. Communication was great and the staff (estate agents and central sales) were all friendly and informative. Viewings were arranged quickly and we had a decent amount of time at each property. Bradleys seem to have the better properties around the area.

GoogleOnly one star because I can't give zero stars. Unprofessional, rented a property with them and problem after problem after problem. After getting their inventory we found it had someone else's names on it and the missed, mirrors hanging off, toilet seats broken and loose, keys missing and a cooker not working. When we went to the offices we waited about 15 minutes for the estate agent to get off a phone call, while another guy hid behind his computer screen in the corner ignoring us. When the 1st guy got off his pho e call, we were met with a guy who kept sayin "I dont usually deal with rentals". Avoid at all costs they are unprofessional, liars and incompatent.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
