We were buying through Bradleys and found them responsive and helpful. I'm reluctant to award 5 as they were acting for the vendor. This said, I would certainly consider them if I were thinking of selling.

Ben and team deserve a huge thank you for helpful advice and proactive support during our purchase. Whereas other agents treated us as only a potential buyer amongst many, Bradleys gave us a voice, support and were understanding of our familys needs and deadlines - an all round excellent service that enabled us to find our dream home to suit our timescales and budget. I have to say the service provided by the Bradley’s team was outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell a local property in Sidmouth or East Devon. They have the sales and marketing reach, knowledge, ability, and tenacity, to sell your property! Their fee maybe at the high end, but you really get what you pay for!

Despite the friendly staff sadly we did not have a good experience with Bradley's. Having rented a property through these agents the landlord evicted us (and our vulnerable neighbour!) during the pandemic, claiming they were intending to sell. A few months later the property is advertised to rent again at 33% more than we were paying! The property was not in good condition, major problems with damp, infestation and subsidence which the landlords refused to do anything about, and a severely neglected garden which we put to rights without a word of thanks. In our subsequent search for a property Bradley's rarely responded to our emails and calls. Needless to say, we found another agent!

We have looked into this and can see there was a genuine reason and view to selling the property and due to a change in their personal position ended up against doing so. It then gave them the opportunity to address the various works and then re-market the property. It is unfortunate that you weren't able to stay and we are really glad to hear you are now settled and we wish you all the best.

I arranged to view a flat via facetime with my daughter as I was out of the country. This was agreed prior to the viewing to by the estate agent. On asking to go forward with the tenancy I was told i couldn't be put fw'd as i hadn't viewed it personally. When i said that most agents were doing virtual viewing they said it was their policy that everyone had to view a property in person. Even when i said I'd sign a waiver i was denied the property. Really disappointed in their customer service, lack of compassion and flexibility in the current pandemic situation, not a company I would recommend

We are clearly trying to accommodate all enquiries and video viewings are very much 'the norm' now, although it should have been made clear at the outset that we cannot accept applications based upon a video viewing.
