I Will certainly provide details. I see no reason not to share them online but I'm sure you have your reasons for wanting me not to write them on the internet for others to see. 1) You took over 3 months to get your tenants gate fixed which left my propert and the one below ata ahightened security risk. 2)When advised that your tenants had erected equipment on my roof which is not weight baring you did nothing to rectify this and I had to speak to the tenants myself. 3)You are slow in responding to emails if you respond at all and when you do the responce is usualy borderline rude. 4)Even when you did eventually get the gate 'fixed' it was a bodge job and I beleive that it provides no security to my flat nor the one bellow. 5)I have never been offered an apology for the behaviour of the tenants when they were causing constant noise throughout the night. nor for the lack of responces and tardiness in your completion of work that both myself and the owners of the flat bellow me have received. 6) I have still not received money for the leak that was caused by your tenants which happened over a year ago now. I could go on but you are complete waste of time and I doubt this will change anything apart from hopefully discouraging some people from using you for anything in the future.

Bradleys are by far the best estate agents we have used - the reason we chose to market our house with Bradleys was after going along to view houses with them it was clear that they were on another level in terms of selling! We really loved how they 'sold' us parts we were worried about and were not afraid to give us perspective or ideas. The team have been VERY honest and responsive... always return calls and give great advice. Unfortunately we have not had this in the past from other agents and so are very pleased with the experience we have had with Bradleys. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to sell.

Very sad to say we lost our new home today. Bradley’s were very good selling ours but not so good on keeping us up to date with the buyers who let us down on the day we were to exchange contracts. We are sad and disappointed. No phone call from the person dealing with the buyers at Bradley’s, we were told via our solicitors. Such a waste of time and energy.
