I Will certainly provide details. I see no reason not to share them online but I'm sure you have your reasons for wanting me not to write them on the internet for others to see. 1) You took over 3 months to get your tenants gate fixed which left my propert and the one below ata ahightened security risk. 2)When advised that your tenants had erected equipment on my roof which is not weight baring you did nothing to rectify this and I had to speak to the tenants myself. 3)You are slow in responding to emails if you respond at all and when you do the responce is usualy borderline rude. 4)Even when you did eventually get the gate 'fixed' it was a bodge job and I beleive that it provides no security to my flat nor the one bellow. 5)I have never been offered an apology for the behaviour of the tenants when they were causing constant noise throughout the night. nor for the lack of responces and tardiness in your completion of work that both myself and the owners of the flat bellow me have received. 6) I have still not received money for the leak that was caused by your tenants which happened over a year ago now. I could go on but you are complete waste of time and I doubt this will change anything apart from hopefully discouraging some people from using you for anything in the future.

I spoke with a number of estate agents to sell my house, and while all were professional and courteous, Greg Dennet at Bradleys was a cut above the rest. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the state of the market and the local area, he was also incredibly enthusiastic about how he could market my property. He had some great advice & suggestions for how I could maximise interest, and I felt confident that the selling process would be as smooth and as stress free as possible - which it was! Bradleys also offered a number of services that contributed to my decision to choose them - such as being available until 9pm, and being flexible to meet my requirements. Their photographer also did an excellent job. I would absolutely recommend Greg and Bradleys to anyone looking to get their home sold.

Refused to pass our offer to the seller because we didn't view the house (we didn't view it because they wouldn't fit us in, despite us saying all along we were looking to put an offer). However the video, pictures, plans and google maps were enough for us to decide, so who are you to say we are not really interested? We were even willing to go over the asking price as we were very keen on the location. So a deservice to both us prospective buyers and to the sellers, who may not have had the best offer on that property.

Awful. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has not requested a viewing for a property because it is listed with Bradley's. No contact. Calling the office constantly to be told its with head office. No customer service. Repetitve form filling. In a time when the market is moving so quickly, it baffles me how slow and unresponsive they are.

Absolutely awful, no way of contacting them via the phone as you press the option and are then disconnected. You are then expected to divulge all sorts of personal details before they even confirm the properties availablity. Finally the online chat system confirms the properties availablity for the office to then contradict this entirely. You would think you could get the basics in order or update your own website with this information.
