Refused to pass our offer to the seller because we didn't view the house (we didn't view it because they wouldn't fit us in, despite us saying all along we were looking to put an offer). However the video, pictures, plans and google maps were enough for us to decide, so who are you to say we are not really interested? We were even willing to go over the asking price as we were very keen on the location. So a deservice to both us prospective buyers and to the sellers, who may not have had the best offer on that property.

The team at the Bradley’s Plymstock branch were absolutely fantastic from the valuation and viewings through to completion! I can’t recommend them enough. In particular the branch manager Jade who personally undertook the house viewings and helped with negotiations on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home! She was professional, friendly and amazing at her job! The team there communicated to us very well and always kept us updated on progress throughout the process. Thank you Jade and team!

Mike at the Crediton office provided an outstanding service when selling our house. He had to communicate with different parties and did so with an amazing diplomacy keeping everyone in the know. Louis kept us informed of the progress as the house sale progressed. Their positive attitude throughout the sale was very reassuring and I am really glad that we chose them to be our estate agents.

An absolutely useless agency, who phishes for peoples information, has a terrible reply time and honestly a bit naïve when it comes to other people's time. They also like to phub people off.

Very poor could never get hold of them kept going to answer phone where it was pointless leaving message as they never called anyway. I don't know what I paid for be honest would not recommend think I even got threatened by them at one point.
