We had a challenging house sale and Cathy and team were really supportive and worked really hard to get our house sold. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The very best agents in town. Always go miles above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Thanks Kathy and your team. The best and most skilled service all round.

A very busy team - no doubt - yet always professional, they've managed to balance the needs of the serious buyer with their clients and do it with a smile! Thank you to Cathy, Piers, Josh and the rest of the close-knit team at Bradleys for such wonderful service over the years.

Very professional and experienced estate agent team. Always available to help with any questions throughout the sales process. They definitely made the selling our house a less stressful process. Would highly recommend Robin and his Team at Bradley's Estate Agents, North St, Exeter.

The Bradley's team were extremely knowledgeable and took the worry out of selling my property. Robin was very professional in his approach and I was grateful for his advice. I was kept informed throughout the process. I recommended Bradley's to my sister in law, when she was selling her property and she's recently completed. So, two happy customers. Well done Bradley's!

This is the second review I have chosen to submit for Bradley's Estate Agents.. The first being for the Penzance team on selling my property in St Just. The Looe team are equally deserving of a mention -as apart from dealing with my purchase back in the summer - they have without doubt stepped above and beyond to assist me with any queries, and have been kind and supportive in helping me settle in this lovely community. To Lindsay Shaw, Ben Bond and Christopher Carter. A big thank you!

These agents process so slow, difficult and irresponsible. After asking us to fill out a rather invasive and unnecessary financial details, they still didn’t manage to figure out the affordability on time, and blame the landlord for pulling out last minute. We also offered to pay for half year to full year rent in advance, they said no… After spending almost a month with them, they only respond and move thing a bit forward when we call them, otherwise no progress at all. We trusted them and wasted whole month waiting for their slow progress, only one day before the date we were suppose to move, they told us that landlord decided to pull out last minute even though we passed our financial check. I suggest for people who rent, not to go with them lifetime if you don’t want to end up homeless and stuck in Exeter Airbnb trying to get a place desperately. People who is landlord, please give other hard working agents a better chance. There are agents out there move things as fast as they could to help the landlord secure a tenant…not like Bradley, after whole month of wait and in the end blame the landlord for pulling out last minute…
Dear Mr John, thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience. We take customer experience very seriously and therefore have looked into the matter. As you correctly state, we do have a thorough referencing process that is undertaken by a third party, including the affordability elements. This is clearly to protect our landlords and tenants so that everyone is comfortable with the proposed tenancy. The checks can only be carried out when the full information is provided, which can affect the timescale in which we can confirm whether a tenancy can proceed. It is unfortunate on this occasion that once we were in a position to proceed, the landlord had a change of situation, which was unavoidable. We do hope you are now settled and wish you all the best in your new home.

Thank you for your review. In the first instance, an agent does not have the authority to decide upon the success of any tenancy application. This is the property landlord’s decision alone. If there have been delays with a referencing process, this is normally with good reason. For example, where financials require further investigation to assess affordability and all similar. Further, we would advise any tenancy applicant not to assume a move-in date until their tenancy application is approved. That said, we thank you for your review which has allowed us the opportunity to provide clarity where it has been needed

We had fantastic service from Bradley’s Honiton especially Becky Apsey who went above and beyond her job leasing with us on the sale , our and the vendors solicitors as the process was not straight forward. We would definitely recommend this branch

We Visited the Paignton office with a kind of urgent request. We hope to move to the Torquay area from the east midlands. Sophie Burnell welcomed us and started the steps of applying for a property. Because the property was in Torquay She had to forward our case. 2 days later we went to the Torquay office on a Saturday and Harmony already knew about our unique case and squeezed us in for a viewing and started the referencing on Monday! Based on a regular turtle speed renting and estate management process These 2 ladies are bending backwards for us!! Which gave us an even stronger positive feeling, that We do have to move to the area! Such amazing coordination and customer service from Bradley's and these two ladies especially!!! Whatever the outcome will be ( it is always the landlord's decision) We are still grateful for them and their proactive attitude!!!

Through quite difficult times we felt very supported by the Bradleys team. Communication was great at all times and we were v supported through multiple breakdowns in our house chain, due to the times. We got there and we are v happy. Bradley teams persistence made it work xx thank you

great service, very friendly. Have looked at houses in the Tideford and Landrake area and both Amanda and Iain were both very pleasant, helpful and candid. Would highly recommend

We have several blocks of flats which are currently let and if they become vacant they are being fully refurbished to a high standard for either sale or let. This requires some thinking ‘outside the box’ as each unit requires differing works and can be tailored to a buyers needs. Bradleys have proved an excellent choice of agents to deal with both the letting and the sale of our properties and would have no hesitation in recommending them
Hi Wendy, thank you for the kind review we really appreciate your feedback!

We had a wonderful experience viewing properties with Amanda, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the properties and the area. Unfortunately the right house for us didn't come up and we purchased through another agent but our experience through the viewing process has left me confident that if we had bought through Bradleys it would have been a well managed purchase.
Thank you for your review, we are so pleased you are happy with the service from Amanda and the rest of the Bradleys team!

Ian and Amanda helped us sell our house this year, in a challenging market, and were very helpful, professional and diligent. Highly recommended.

We have moved many times and this small group in Saltash are the best we have ever used to sell and buy. They are dedicated, professional, very good communication and care very much about what they do. You are their priority. Nothing is to much trouble. We recommend them highly. They are without doubt the best.
