GoogleThese agents process so slow, difficult and irresponsible. After asking us to fill out a rather invasive and unnecessary financial details, they still didn’t manage to figure out the affordability on time, and blame the landlord for pulling out last minute. We also offered to pay for half year to full year rent in advance, they said no… After spending almost a month with them, they only respond and move thing a bit forward when we call them, otherwise no progress at all. We trusted them and wasted whole month waiting for their slow progress, only one day before the date we were suppose to move, they told us that landlord decided to pull out last minute even though we passed our financial check. I suggest for people who rent, not to go with them lifetime if you don’t want to end up homeless and stuck in Exeter Airbnb trying to get a place desperately. People who is landlord, please give other hard working agents a better chance. There are agents out there move things as fast as they could to help the landlord secure a tenant…not like Bradley, after whole month of wait and in the end blame the landlord for pulling out last minute…

Thank you for your review. In the first instance, an agent does not have the authority to decide upon the success of any tenancy application. This is the property landlord’s decision alone. If there have been delays with a referencing process, this is normally with good reason. For example, where financials require further investigation to assess affordability and all similar. Further, we would advise any tenancy applicant not to assume a move-in date until their tenancy application is approved. That said, we thank you for your review which has allowed us the opportunity to provide clarity where it has been needed

Our recent sales experience with them could not have been better managed. Christian, who came to value our house and talk us through the marketing process was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and open about all aspects of the process. When it came to accepting an offer his advice, and that of the rest of the team, was both realistic and well thought through; making sure that our buyers were the right ones to go with.

GoogleSelling my house with the Bradley’s team was the best choice when deciding which estate agent. Meeting Robin was reassuring as he swiftly put the house on the market, and ensured the details were correct. Soon after his visit people were regularly viewing the house. After a few weeks the person who bought the property offered and agreed a price.
During this process I met the formidable and amazing Cathy. Her wise counsel ensured I was ready to exchange. Unfortunately a person further down the chain did not receive the support that Cathy and her team gave myself and my buyer. We then experienced delays. Despite the delays, created by the limited support for the person earlier in the chain, Cathy was on the case moving the purchase/sale forward. She was incredible and I am forever grateful to her. After some gentle encouragement from Cathy I eventually moved into my lovely new home.
My experience supports my recommendation - I cannot recommend Cathy, Robin, Felix and the rest of the team enough.

Lindsay completed the initial visit and she came equipped with detailed comparisons for local properties on the market. She was keen, enthusiastic and confident, both in her pricing and in the team's ability to sell my property.
The photographic package and brochure were of a superb standard and far exceeded the competitors approach. There was also plenty of opportunity for me to ensure that the sales material reflected what I considered to be my property's highlights.
As a team Bradleys are not in anyway complacent! Each of the team is professional, focussed and driven!
Throughout the sale, Ben, Chris and Lindsay all worked seamlessly to ensure I was updated on interest and that they kept me informed on progress and next steps. Their communication as a team is exceptional and their customer service exemplary.
