GoogleWe bought a house advertised by Bradleys, and had a pretty frustrating experience viewing it. The estate agent who showed us around stuck to us like glue, which honestly made us feel like common theives, and hurried us through the viewing (this was after we'd had an offer accepted, which was additionally insulting). It's essential that buyers are given time and space to actually look at the home they're buying, without someone awkwardly following your every move. I was even uncomfortably told not to touch the cupboard doors when I was checking out the kitchen fixtures etc. There were important aspects of the house we missed as a result, for example things that the owners had purposefully hidden under furniture etc. It was our first home so at the time couldn't afford to be picky, but I'll certainly never again buy a house from an estate agent where I'm not trusted to have a proper viewing.
Have some respect for your buyers!

GoogleIf your house is not on the market then they are not interested in showing you a property on their books. Great however I am planning on retiring to Sidmouth but I have no intent of putting my house on the market until I see a house I want as I live in a desirable area.

We advise all home movers to market their own home, even if they live in a desirable area and if they have a good agent, they will manage their interest accordingly without causing undue pressure. Please do let us know when you are marketed and we will be happy to see which properties are suitable at that stage.

GoogleI cannot fault the service received from the staff at Bradleys Estate Agents in Looe. Having put my cottage up for sale in December, they very quickly got several viewings and found a buyer, this unfortunately fell through but again they found another quickly that proved successful.
I was kept informed following every viewing by Ben and Chris who gave a very honest appraisal plus I particularly appreciated their special liaison person called Karen who dealt between buyer and seller smoothing out any hitches and updating on the situation.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bradleys and would certainly use them again.
