GoogleThird time buying and/or selling with Bradleys in Shaldon. As ever, a brilliant service from Ally, Jess and Julie. They have the best contacts, they are always available for good advice and they provide the best counselling when there are the inevitable hiccups (not their fault). I can't recommend them highly enough. If only all estate agents were as good as them!

GoogleI asked three estate agents to value property that belonged to my husbands mother the first two valued it at 200k bradleys came to value it and said sorry the properties in these block of flats have not increased since you bought it seven years ago i told her about my other two valuations she said they are wrong well i told her her to leave as i would not be doing business with them a few weeks later bradleys put another flat in the block up for sale that was very similar to ours for 200k ours got two offers 200k and 195k so she was wrong will never deal with them again as they could have lost us 80k as she valued it at 120k The other flat was not better presented or bigger or more rooms it was exactly the same as i checked it out and one bed flats in that block do not differ by 80K it sold for 200k ours finally for 195k that tells you everything not much difference our buyer just haggled more bradleys should just apologise but they choose not to and that tells you more about the management style they choose to make rude comments about our flat which i was told by the other two estate agents that it was beautifully presented and would get top price in fact one said the value was more because of the presentation. I find it extremely rude that bradleys state its based on little or no fact its fact that their agent came to the flat and valued it at 120K its fact that two agents valued it at 200k its fact that it sold for 195k its fact that a few weeks later after iwas told the flats were not worth 200k that bradleys put an identical flat up for 200k all can be checked online and no i didnt lose 80k because i was savvy enough to get two other valuations by two other estate agents who valued it at market value i may not be an estate agent but i follow the market and i expected the flat to fetch 190 to 200 and 195 was near to what we wanted to achieve not the 120 bradleys valued it at and that is FACT .We sold with Dart and partners as we found their agent knowledgible about Shaldon area valued the property at market value worked hard to get viewings they were polite and respectful everything you want an agent to be i highly recommend them
Dear Susan Dibbens, following the appointment in May 2024, when the potential marketing and value of your property, which you referred to, was discussed, it was explained that the value would be slightly higher than what you had paid for it when compared to other properties and looking at the overall presentation. Other valuations will be based on their opinion, although they don't have the experience our office does in the village of selling all types of properties. The office did successfully sell another property; however was considered to be in superior condition. To clarify, we cannot lose your money if we didn't ever sell a property. The market will dictate the value of a home, not an individual. This review seems to be based on little or no fact. Should you wish for an up-to-date market appraisal, please do not hesitate to contact the local office.

GoogleWe chose Bradleys over two other local estate agents and we never once regretted it. Once we has chosen Tariq and fixed a price he bought round the other two agents from their branch, namely Jodi and Dan. We then spent about an hour all going round the property working out the best features and route. The drone aided film and the brochure were of very high quality. For the next few months the three of them must have shown about 40 interested parties round. Once we has accepted an offer Jodi took over and was always available. The solicitor chosen by Bradleys as part of the deal was head and shoulders better than the ones employed by other parties. There is probably more but enough to say my wife and myself were highly impressed with Bradleys and would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Bovey or Chudleigh areas

GoogleFrom the first moment we visited the Eventide marketing office, the customer experience we received from the entire Bradleys team but in particular was exceptional. No question or issue was too big and she continued to offer alternatives and support throughout the entire process. Despite quite a few blockers, Zoe stayed positive and continued to provide her expertise. We absolutely could not have done this without her and feel very grateful to have had the service we received.

GoogleHuge thanks to the team at Bradleys in Camborne! Selling our home was definitely a stressful process with several offers falling through, including one right near completion. However, the team kept us informed every step of the way and never lost momentum. Reece in particular was great and a huge help throughout. We eventually got there in the end, and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

Josh has been patient, honest, and attentive throughout. Hannah is equally professional, reliable, approachable, and always ready to help. Together they have made the process feel straightforward and well-managed. They are absolute assets to Bradley’s in Exmouth. GoogleAt the end of January 2026 I decided to sell and downsize from our family home of 56 years, needless to say this was not an easy decision. I decided to use Bradleys of Looe so contacted Ben and asked the big question ‘where do I start?’ as I have never sold or purchased a house prior. Ben took us through every step from a first visit talking of the procedure, solicitors, finding a new property and everything that goes with this huge decision I had made. Within 2 days I signed up to Bradleys package which included Coodes of Liskeard Solicitors on a no sale no fee contract and bills were to be paid on completion. Within the first week we had regular viewings coming in and Ben with Chris were amazing they took total control of all viewings and questions. My property sold in that first week after accepting one of three offers. Then came the next worry I had to start looking for a new property. This is where Ben and Chris shone again and within a couple of weeks they had found me a property that I fell in love with. With the sale, the purchase and everything else going on I can assure you this was a very anxious and worrying time for me, but Ben and Chris constantly supported me through the whole process. I found Coodes of Liskeard Solicitors very professional and they managed and completed my sale and purchase on the same day as promised, thank you Teresa and Helen. As the properties were under Bradleys Estate Agents I was introduced to Karen Miller who was to be my Bradleys Sales Progressor and week in and week out we were professionally made aware of how the sale and the purchase was going, any questions between ourselves and the seller/ buyer were always answered and I found Karen was a very helpful and informative point of contact. Four months down the road which is a very quick turnaround time we had completed on both properties and I was happily in my new Home. So a huge thank you to Ben, Chris and Karen of Bradleys Estate Agents you have been amazing :)

GoogleWe honestly couldn’t recommend Bradleys enough. From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant. A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10. Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier. Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live. We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter. Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We’ve already recommended them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. GoogleMy experience with Bradleys left me with little confidence in the way prospective purchasers were treated, and because of it I would not buy or rent a property through this agency again. I attended the Bradleys office to submit an offer on one of their listed properties. I asked if my offer could be presented to the vendor while I was still there, and the negotiator told me he had been unable to contact the vendor despite making several attempts over the weekend and again that morning. After leaving the office, I went to the property to check access to the rear garden from the outside. The owner happened to come out, and during our conversation I mentioned that I had just submitted an offer through Bradleys. He told me that he had already accepted an offer over the weekend through the same agency. While I was still speaking with the owner, the negotiator called me and said he had now managed to speak to the vendor, who had decided to wait for a higher offer because the property had not been on the market for long. The information I received from the owner and from the negotiator within the space of a few minutes was inconsistent, and I was left confused about what had actually occurred. Had I simply been told that the property was already under offer, I would have accepted that and moved on. Instead, I left feeling that I had not been given clear and consistent information. Although I was not the eventual purchaser, I dealt directly with the agency as a prospective buyer while submitting an offer on one of their properties. This review is based entirely on my own first-hand experience. As a result of that experience, I chose not to have any further dealings with Bradleys and would not use them in the future.

Richard did an amazing job guiding us through the sale - Something that we hadn’t done for 30 years. Would certainly recommend using them again.
