GoogleWe have recently completed on our purchase of a new home at The Grove, Folly Gate and despite the usual difficulties of moving house Lucy Barrett the New homes manager for Bradleys and the Gilbert and Goode site team have worked extremely hard to make things as smooth as possible. Always responsive, great communication and real attention to detail. From the initial information about the house through site visits and the presentation of the property when we moved in, real care has been taken. Very happy to be back living in Devon!

GoogleThis may be a bit of an odd review, because in the end we didn't buy a property through Bradleys! We were looking for a property in the Okehampton area having secured a sale on our home in Dorset. The market was pretty slow and there was nothing that suited. So we looked at new builds. Bradleys are the selling agents for a small development outside Okehampton and we liked one of the properties under construction. Happy with the design etc. The new builds manager at Bradleys, Lucy Barrett was great from the start as was her colleague George. They helped us negotiate a good deal. The fly in ointment came down the line when we weren't comfortable with some issues related to the structure of the Management Company / Managing Agents. So we withdrew from the purchase. This had no reflection on Bradleys who were professional, personable and really worked to get the deal through. We'd be very happy to deal with the company again, either selling or buying.

GoogleI recently went on a few viewings with the lovely Arash who works for the Bradleys Paignton branch. His knowledge and expertise was second to none; taking the time and effort to fully answer any questions I asked. Arash also didn't rush the viewings and took his time to present each property with a wealth of knowledge and skill behind him. He is a true credit to Bradleys and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for future viewings. Thank you, Arash!

GoogleYou will never get a better service, Ash, Debbie and Sophie, went above and beyond, our home took nearly 6 months to go through, nothing was too much for them, always chasing and phoning solicitors constantly keeping us informed nearly daily , amazing team in Paignton. GoogleSophie, David, Abbie and the team were fantastic! They were professional and efficient throughout. We never felt like we were burdening them, even when we asked if we could show the next family member our new home. Abbie did amazing at finding us a fantastic mortgage and rate, even though we didn’t have the best credit. The whole team were always there to answer any questions we had and were hugely positive and supportive throughout the stress of us buying our first home. They were absolutely brilliant, explaining everything to me, offering excellent advice, and coming out to take video and photos of my property, which was all very professionally done. Whenever I have contacted them whilst they have been advertising my property, the whole Team have been so helpful, polite and very supportive. GoogleWe were struck by Iain Christie's down-to-earth no nonsense approach at the valuation; he clearly really knew the market and pitched the valuation just right to attract viewers to our property with little immediate kerb appeal but a definite wow-factor in the form of a fantastic view when you get inside. Whatever Tilly McDowell was doing at the viewings was definitely right because we had an offer £5000 above asking within a week! All the team worked together swiftly and professionally being extremely responsive to our enquiries and Amanda Hughes was particularly friendly and helpful in communications with the buyers during the conveyancing process. We also got viewings from other branches of Bradleys which demonstrated how useful it is dealing with a west country-wide network of agents too. Bradleys at Saltash were definitely the best agents for our property especially since we were keen for a fairly rapid and stress-free sale with no falling-throughs - they delivered!

GoogleNeeding to sell family home on behalf of father we researched our different options and had meeting with three local estate agents and one online agency. We compared the services, charges and valuations before making our choice. Although online agents may seem attractive given there relatively low charges which they want up front you really do get what you pay for. We decided to go with Bradley’s as they have a high street presence, open and available six days a week, know the local area and have database of potential buyers. Having made our choice we could not have been happier, the house was quickly marketed and sold almost instantly and at 25k over our asking price. Bradley’s managed the EPC and buyers survey all we had to do was empty the house, sale progressed quickly with regular updates from Bradley’s. Iain Christie and his team were friendly and helpful and made what could have been a very stressful time easy. We would definitely recommend and know we made the right choice.
