GoogleWe have just bought a bungalow through Bradleys and our main contact was Tess in the Sidmouth Office. It took four months from our initial offer until exchange of contracts and during this time and we found Tess to be always helpful, always friendly, always upbeat. Strictly speaking we are not the client as the vendor pays the commission; none-the-less, Tess (and therefore Bradleys) gave us a great service and eased the stress more than somewhat. Thank you!

GoogleBradleys as a team in Sidmouth have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish! Stephen valued our house and gave me lots of information at the beginning of the process and was very professional and helpful, Ben also helped with anything I asked, even moving a box during a viewing that I was worried about! I have to say Tess has been incredible. ❤️ She literally went above and beyond, constantly updating and reassuring me, very enthusiastic, caring and professional I have been a pain and at no point did I feel that was a problem! I would 100% recommend Bradleys, you wont regret it! Thank you to everyone, we are moving on Friday!!!! 😃

GoogleSelling a house as an executor when you live 3 hours away is always going to be a worry. Robin made the process so straightforward, including getting an asking price offer within a week of the property going on the market, and that sale completing in well under 3 months. He also very willingly switched on the heating for us (saving a 6 hour round trip) and kept us very well updated on progress. Thank you, Robin and the Bradleys team.
