From start to finish they were always on the ball and made the stress of moving that much easier to deal with. Would happily recommend them to anyone that wants to sell their property in a timely fashion

GoogleI cannot recommend the Bradley team highly enough. After interviewing 6 estate agents, I chose Bradleys because I felt they sold houses rather than just marketed houses. This proved to be the case, and we sold our house within a week at the price we wanted. The service Josh, Freya and the team delivered to support our house sale was excellent and, although there were delays in the process outside anyone’s control, we successfully moved into our new house. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Every step of the way, they offered exceptional support, whether it was arranging for me to revisit the house or guiding me through the entire house-buying process. Fiona went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, always happy to answer my questions and offer help whenever I needed it. It's been 21 years since I last bought a house, so the experience was quite nerve-wracking, but Fiona held my hand throughout and made it all much more manageable. The level of service I received was faultless, and I truly felt supported during what can be a stressful time. GoogleCan’t give zero stars !! Wouldn’t buy a house through Bradley’s ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either . Progression was awful , attitude was awful especially from the branch manager . Absolutely terrible service .

GoogleNot living in Cornwall myself, I chose Bradley's to act as an agent for an auction property based on reviews, and feel I made a very good choice. All staff in branch were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and made the whole process, which was new to me, very straightforward. Contact was extremely good throughout and the team also worked very closely with a local solicitor which again made things really easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bradleys Penzance.
