We’ve had an excellent experience with Bradleys Estate Agents and would happily recommend them. The standout feature throughout the whole process has been the communication from the team. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, professional, responsive and proactive in keeping us updated. Buying and selling a property can be stressful, but having people who actually communicate, return calls and keep things moving makes an enormous difference. The staff at Bradleys have been approachable, helpful and genuinely interested in getting everything across the line, and their customer service has been first class. My only caveat would be that, based on our own experience, I would personally arrange your own solicitor rather than using the recommended conveyancing option. This is completely separate from the excellent service we received from the Bradleys estate agency team themselves. Overall, a fantastic experience and particularly deserving of five stars for their outstanding communication and customer service. Thank you to the whole team.

Lacie is an absolute credit to Bradley’s and her profession. We couldn’t have been in better hands throughout the past 9 months during a difficult, emotional process of selling our family home and finding a forever home. Lacie held our hand throughout the whole process, offering us comfort when we needed it, energy and drive when other people in the chain needed it and the utmost professionalism at all times. A shout out for Dylan and Lacey at your Plympton office. I walked in off the street a few weeks ago, to enquire about a property. Our situation is a complicated one, and they were both extremely welcoming and engaged. They explained options to me that I wasn't aware of, and seemed genuinely interested (unlike some other agencies!) and happy to discuss options at length. Ironically, I drove there because I couldn't get the phone numbers either for Rightmove or Bradleys to connect. Which was maddening!

Should be 4:5 really, the team at Plympton were very good and our property quite quickly and their marketing was excellent. Especially considering that the property had to be cash buyers only.
