Maria and the entire team at Bradleys have been exactly what you want when it comes to selling my property in St. Thomas. They have an excellent understanding of the local area and current market and managed to get a sale agreed of my property in just 9 days of listing it. During the conveyancing process Katie Kennedy has been incredible throughout - responsive, friendly, professional and someone who couldn't be more proactive when speaking to solicitors to reach completion. There's a lot of things to stress about when it comes to moving house - Bradleys isn't one of them.

We recently bought a house through Bradley’s (not by our own choice), and overall the experience left a lot to be desired. Initially, we enquired about a viewing, but due to limited staffing, we were told we’d have to wait a week, not ideal given how quickly properties were being snapped up. We ended up contacting the vendor directly to arrange an earlier viewing, which helped speed up the process. When we eventually had a viewing with Bradley’s, Amanda conducted it. During the viewing, we made an offer, but Amanda came across as quite standoffish and immediately demanded proof of deposit. This approach made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially as we were genuine buyers trying to move quickly. After our offer was accepted, we arranged a survey, which had been confirmed in advance with the Bradley’s team. Unfortunately, when the surveyor turned up at their office, nobody was there, an embarrassing situation that could have easily been avoided. He had to begin with an external survey while waiting to hear back from them. Later, when my wife spoke with Amanda about the incident, she responded with, “It’s done now, what do you want me to do about it?”, an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional comment. Overall, our experience with Amanda and the team at Bradley’s Saltash was disappointing. When it comes time to upsize, we’ll definitely be avoiding Bradley’s.
