GoogleOn the recommendations of several friends in the village, we used Bradleys for the sale of our house in Shaldon and they were also the agent for the house we purchased. The entire team (Jess, Julie, Jo and Ally) at Bradleys were fantastic from start to finish, with regular communication which made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and professional estate agent in Shaldon. Thank you!

GoogleBradleys Helston has been fantastic in general but Lydia has been our prime contact throughout this process. We cannot praise Lydia Catherall highly enough. She is warm, friendly, responsive, proactive, energetic and committed. Without her, we would not have been able to complete so smoothly. She came to hand over the keys to our new house on her day off, she has answered all our calls and emails and got things moving when it appeared the whole process had stalled. She even bought us a bag of cat treats for our cats on moving day which made them relaxed and happy. She truly goes above and beyond. She is a very special employee and a wonderful person. We can't wait to invite her to our housewarming party! Well done Lydia!

GoogleWe were really impressed with the team at Bradleys Helston during the sale of our cottage. The marketing and property presentation was excellent. All viewings were carried out by a member of the team, who each took the time to get to know the property. Very customer-focused and highly professional, with good communication throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI wanted to share my enormous thanks and gratitude for the service given by Jon Harvey and Emma at Bradley’s . Both went above and beyond what can be expected by an estate agent. I was moving mum up to Henley on Thames into assisted living. I left the property in their charge to sell. They assisted with all matters on the sale and never once complained about all the work relating to the sale. These guys really earned their commission! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any party selling a property. Thank you so much for all your help guidance and patience guys 🙏

From the initial contact, they understood what I was looking for and periodically called me to inform me of possibly interesting properties. I really appreciated this committed follow-through, as it took a while to find an appropriate property. When finally the property appeared, they carefully guided me through all the different steps - from the branch office staff to their sales progresser. As a first-time buyer in the UK and a Brit returning after a long time working abroad, this was invaluable! A very big thank you to all who were involved! A sterling service!

GoogleWe bought and sold a house through Bradleys and couldnt be happier with their service, they were professional, attentive, offered advice and guidance that helped us secure the most amazing home which is a little slice of heaven. At one point we made an error in timings for a viewing at the new house and although Bradleys were busy they were so accommodating and shuffled things about their end so we could still go. All of the team were immediately responsive and we really didn't have to chase anything, we felt that they really took our needs on board and created a personal genuine service. Thank you! I was shown two very promising properties and Harmony was very good at showing me around and also checked in on me to see how my search was going. I would definitely consider Bradleys in the future if I am to look for properties again and Harmony is a good member of the team.

GoogleWe cannot thank Emma and Nesha enough for helping us to sell the house in such a short period of time! The property was on the market with other two agencies for over 5 months, but in the last minute, we decided to go for Bradleys Estate Agents and it was the best decision ever! Both ladies did incredible job and managed to sell the house in less than 3 weeks, while we were living overseas. We were involved and informed at every step adapting to our zone time. The selling process went really smooth and communication was on really high standard. No delays, full professionalism and dedication. We wholeheartedly recommend The Bradleys Estate Agents for their commitments and excellent service.

GoogleJeannette beach was so helpful and patient with me I had an issue with my i.d. and it was causing me to worry. She was very polite reassured me that all was ok and was berry help full in getting the correct paperwork submitted.

GoogleBradley's helped me massively when I needed to move down to Callington with quite short notice. They were nothing but friendly and efficient, and helped me sort out my tenancy agreement on time. In particular, Jeannette who I spoke with the most, was always happy to help and went out of her way to make sure I would be able to move in at the earliest convenience which I am very grateful for. I would highly recommend using Bradley's when renting a property!!

GoogleWe met Gabriel when we viewed a property that Bradley’s was marketing. He showed us around the property & let us look round at our leisure, answering our questions sufficiently. He then progressed to secure a deal that was acceptable to both vendor & ourselves. Gabriel then kept us in the loop, updating us on the purchase progress with our solicitor. Gabriel is a great ambassador for Bradley’s estate agents & we have dealt with many looking for our forever home. I highly recommend using this estate agent.
