Based on recommendation l approached Bradley's at Saltash with a view to renting a property currently advertised. I had heard lots of positive things and liked the pleasent staff. However the criteria and expectations they required were completely unrealistic this is dispite an annual income of 18000 and a guarantor complete and utter waste of time. Would never bother with them again sorry. Came as a complete shock.

I have to give a shout out to Emma H at Bradley's Plymstock - they were not even our agents for our home purchase- we were in a chain that was complicated and was taking a long time with people dragging their feet and too many 'cooks in the kitchen' so it was a bit of a circus- until emma stepped in. Bradley's represented one of the homes in the chain so when we went in to explain who we were she immediately offered to step in and be the one to try to move things along. And so she did! I am sure that we would not have completed on our home until much longer than we did if it wasnt for her. She made things happen and we really appreciated it! Emma is a star!

Laura, Heleney and Kerry at Bradleys Plymstock provided an excellent service in our recent property purchase. Relocating to Plymouth from Bristol was not an easy process as we only had short windows available for viewings, and we were keen on a quick sale and purchase but they were more than helpful in fitting us in. From the initial viewing, second viewing to completion they were very helpful and always on hand with any queries and in liaising with our sellers and solicitors. Started off really well with our viewing, carried out by agent. Very knowledgeable about the area, the property etc. and answered questions we had. Sale process went through smoothly, resulting in us not particularly hearing from Bradley’s until completion, unless we contacted them. However, upon completion we were given the wrong property’s keys to our new home which was rectified a few days later and also found out that although our property was not marketed with parking, we had been told by numerous different members of staff in the Estate Agents on multiple times that there was village parking available, only to discover this was not the case and we now have nowhere to park our vehicles, leaving us in quite a mess. The parish council have shown us proof that they contacted Bradley’s on numerous occasions to say that parking was not available but not once have the agents come forward to speak to us about it.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bradleys in Camborne. Claire, Nick, Tean and Reece were all professional, friendly, and prompt in following up any issues. Claire in particular, whom I principally dealt with, was extremely impressive, chivvying things along when necessary and dealing swiftly and effectively with tardy solicitors - nothing was too much trouble for her. However the whole team deserve credit for making me feel that my experience of selling my home was important to them.
