GoogleI can heartily recommend Bradleys in Saltash, they handled the sale of my mothers house very efficiently. As I live abroad, communication was very important and the team at Bradleys kept me up to date throughout the whole sale process. I heeded Ian's advice and his valuation proved to be spot on. Unfortunately we lost the first buyer but more viewings were quickly arranged and a sale was agreed. Always friendly, upbeat and cheerful, great team.

GoogleWe were selling during a difficult period due to misinformation about stamp duty being removed or changed and as such there were many less people looking to move. I would like to thank all the team at Exmouth Bradley's, but with special mention of Bailey and Hannah who work hard to keep a difficult sale alive. Thankfully they saw it through to a sale.

GoogleDuring a protracted sale of a property near Newquay, it has always been comforting to know that Bradleys were there when I needed them, to give advice and supply their impressive professional input. It helped that they have efficient and friendly staff at their Newquay branch. For the record, I chose Bradleys because of their extensive coverage in the south-west and their excellent reputation. I wasn't disappointed.

Everyone there was incredibly patient, especially Lydia, when our solicitor was useless (they will not be getting the same 5-star review). Nothing was ever too much trouble. Not planning to buy another house too soon, but if I do - I hope that the place I would like is being sold by Bradleys! Thank you so much.
