GoogleI was personally very disappointed with the way business was carried out from what I thought was one of the leading storage companies. While the customer service received from Ayun was very good, and he did offer me a slightly bigger unit for the same price, I couldn't get over the huge amount of hidden costs incurred that I wasn't expecting. While I have since found the small print that very vaguely says you must budget for insurance, deposit and padlock, I have looked back over all the information sent to me and it's actually extremely difficult to get any vague information about what the overall cost will be. All I have is multiple emails telling me about the rental cost alone for one week (Β£18.50), deceptively making it seem like you've got a good deal, so of course it was a surprise to walk in and be asked to pay Β£167 on to my card. Now of course I accept that a deposit must be paid but it was not made clear at all, nor that the first 4 weeks rent had to be paid upfront. Personally I will never be using the service again just from the shock of this experience. I think most people would agree that making costs very clear upfront is absolutely vital to good customer experience. Can't stand this sneaky way of doing business. Extremely disappointing.
