GoogleI was at this store on the 2nd August and it was not a good experience. I think the staff need to get over themselves. It's not like they've made it to the top of the career ladder working in Ponders End at a self-storage company - so an arrogant attitude does not suit. Also seems over-staffed.

GoogleI would like to start off by thanking Almas for his constant help throughout the whole process! He made the process very simple and easy. Thank you! :) I would definitely recommend Big Yellow Self Storage in Enfield.

GoogleThe guy in the reception was not familiar to the process and he made the same mistake several times, everything is slow... take my name wrong, take my email address wrong.. it took a long time to check in there because I didn’t my costumer number (they sent to a wrong email address) and I can’t check in online before head.

GoogleMarie at the Enfield store was very helpful and knowledgeable, and understood how to take the possible precautions considering the COVID-19 situation. I do think, however, that Big Yellow should provide its staff with masks to wear in the building and also provide sanitizer wipes for the moving carts. Marie was great but I think the company can be doing more to protect its staff and customers.
