Balgores in Romford dealing with Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell is amazing. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.

Do not read emails, or communicate effectively within their team, or with their client and make no effort whatsoever. Extremely disappointing.

A huge thank you to Peter and Claire for their help on our new home. Always so efficient and helpful. Brilliant service as always. We have used Peter at balgores many times. He has been amazing as always and does not fail to respond quickly with updates or silly questions. Even when there has been issues, Peter has always managed to sort them for us. Claire was great too, anytime we got stuck Claire stepped in and sorted the glitch. We recommend their service and will no doubt use Pete again. Keep it up guys 👍🏼

Being the FTB, we were not clear with the home buying process, mortgage, home insurance but had preconceived notions. And then we met Balgores property team- Chris & Chloe and mortgage team Pete, Donna and Claire. As soon as we said yes to the house, they arranged everything for us and the whole process was closed in 2 months time; extremely efficient team. We asked for it and they arranged it for us like a genie.
