GoogleI used Balgores to sell my property. Andrew and the team were exceptional, not only in selling my property at a great price, but also assisting with the bumps in the road on our onward purchase. Andrew went above and beyond to assist throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend Balgores enough!

GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Daniella after a less than satisfactory experience with a competitor Agency. This was during a tough quiet period in the market. She helped to source appropriate tenants for our flat in Gavesend. I will recommend her service.

GoogleThis is the worst agent in Gravesend, avoid Daniella Necchi-Ghiri who is the letting manager as she will promise you the world and will give you very bad tenants. She took the advantage of my vulnerable elderly father

GoogleMark Claxton from Balgores has been absolutely superb in managing my rental property. Nothing is too much trouble for Mark and he seems to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He is always available and tries his best to solve any problem. I would highly recommend Mark and Balgores.

GoogleBalgores - the whole team - were excellent during the course of the sale of my house in SWF. In particular Marie who "managed" the whole process keeping in touch with my buyer and the agent for my new house and keeping me fully updated throughout. They certainly know their market and I can only recommend them. Thank you Balgores!
