We had remained in our fabulous property for 29 years, but we were now starting a new chapter of our lives. Balgores were absolutely magnificent, from Connor who helped us sell our property to the backroom staff. We would especially like to pick out Donna who every step of the way, was absolutely fantastic and guided us through the maze of selling up to exchange of contracts and completion date, she was a star. We would also like to thank Teddy for scanning all our key documents and he sent them onto us, which saved us a lot of time. All in all, we can only say that the whole Balgores team were exceptional, so a big thank you to everyone.

GoogleWe sold our house using Balgores and from the beginning Paul was on the ball. We had lots of viewings in a short period of time and the staff in the office kept us informed at all times. Once the property was sold Marie the Sales Progressor was great acting as intermediary between clients solicitors and other agents in the chain. We were always kept up to date with how things were progressing along the chain and this helped us immensely. I would definitely recommend these agents. They did a fabulous job for us.

Excellent service from Balgores Hornchurch Branch. We have had excellent service from start to (nearly finish) we have exchanged and completion is due soon. Everyone we dealt with were professional, easy to get hold of, and great to deal with. Billy (Manager) Georgia, Connor and Donna were amazing. We would not have got this sale over the line without the extra service they give, the whole team deserve the praise, Donna (sales progressor) has been a fantastic go between for us, the solicitors and the buyer. This sale would not have happened without this team. I highly recommend Balgores, do yourself a favour and use them, you will not regret it!

GoogleWhat a waste of my time. Went to view a rental and it was disgusting. The agents attitude was very laxydazy as well. Requested £400 upfront, non-rerundable if you don't meet the credit checks lol get a grip, seems to be if you're renting they can take the pi33 out of you.

From the moment I walked into the office, although nervous as a senior widow who had decided to sell up, move and downsize, I had a gut feeling that everything was going to be OK and I had made a good choice with going to Balgores.
