Excellent Estate Agents. The staff were always bright and cheerful, constantly kept in touch and were very professional. They got us regular viewings and provided lots of interesting feedback from each one. I just wish the solicitors we used were as good as our Agents. Definitely recommended.

Holly helped me purchase my first time property this year. She was amazing, from starting the search to finding the right home, to completion on my property. Her communication was really consistent and she kept me informed of any important updates in a timely manner along the way. She also gave me a lovely gift when I completed, which was really kind! I would definitely recommend Holly to help. Thanks very much Holly.

Cannot recommend Churchods Bookham highly enough. After previously selling our old house via Patrick when he was based in the Cobham office, we’d been so impressed with his level of expertise in the field and his warm and friendly manner, that we did not hesitate when selling our home in Fetcham to use the Churchods Bookham after learning that Patrick had taken over this office. This time we had Marc selling our property who was fantastic to deal with, always on hand to answer any questions and offer his support with any concerns we had on our sale. We are extremely grateful for all the hard work Marc has put into selling our home to enable us to move back to where we want to be. Thank you to Marc and everyone at the Churchods Bookham office.

Marc & Patrick were excellent throughout the entire process and really helped moved things along by keeping in regular contact & chasing solicitors etc on our behalf. They got us in to view the property at very short notice and were a pleasure to deal with - thank you!

Patrick is a real professional who managed our expectations extremely well. He has restored our faith in estate agents. I wish we had used him to sell our house. He’s a very nice man to deal with and never ever over promised. Always doing what he said what he will do. Hugely recommend him and his company.
