TrustpilotBalgores should've been my first choice.
I changed to Balgores from another mainstream estate agent who were beyond useless. Chris and his team at Upminster Balgores were wonderful. Great communication, attentive, very friendly and so helpful. Abbie and Neo especially were outstanding. I couldn't have got through the sale of my property, which had its fair share of drama, without them. Chris really did save my sale and I will be forever grateful. Can't recommend them enough. GoogleI have had an amazing experience dealing with Balgores , I was trying to sell my flat and struggling for long time , even went multi agent and Balgores were the one, who found the buyer, the best thing about the team was they would keep me posted every week on how things were moving , provide timely updates , suggest me new idea to get more traction, and helped me throughout the process, they followed up with buyer , their and my solicitors both. Mark and Oscar did a great job, highly recommend.
