GoogleDillan was great. Some complications on our onward purchase but wasn't by any means Dillan or the teams fault. Kept our buyer engaged for a long time and that's all we could ask for. We eventually found our new gaff and happily sold and moved in.

GoogleWe just went through the remortgaging process with Glenn and Claire. They are a dynamic duo and the most helpful. Glenn explains in great detail and makes sure any lingering questions are answered. He’s also a wizard in his field and finds us the best deal to suit our unique circumstance. I had just entered the country and was looking for a place to move in as quickly as possible. When I contacted balgores to schedule a viewing, the agent Michael was quite rude, judgemental and pompous and told me how he wanted to check first if I might be able to afford the property in the first place prior to scheduling a viewing or it would just be a waste of time for all of us. Once we viewed the flat, Michael told me how he should be able to get me in as quickly as possible. Once I paid the deposit, he called me and told me that the move in date would not be till the end of the week. It seemed convenient how he mentioned it only after I paid the deposit. I was under considerable duress but I tried to adjust anyways and trusted him. He ignored my calls multiple times and the times he picked up he was rude and unpleasant to speak to and hardly listened to what i had to say and also made judgementsand also snapped back at me. At last , 2 weeks later a day prior to the move in date, he called me to let me know that the move in would be further delayed as there was an issue with a safety certificate and he couldn't even commit to a date when the issue would be resolved. Eventually I had to ask for them to return all the money I had paid close to 3800 quids. Although I received my money back, the discomfort and mental hassle I had during the period was devastating to say the least. Extremely unprofessional behaviors.

GoogleI would highly recommend Tatler, great service throughout with my house sale. Max explained everything clearly and professionally at the outset, and Jenna in Sales was excellent, generating consistent viewings and communicating very well. Regular updates were provided by her and later on the sales progression staff. Staff doing viewings were very good also, and were consistently available. Many thanks.

GoogleI've known Luke, as a supplier for approximately 12 months, he's always polite & conscientious about his work. He really knows his stuff when it comes to property and getting the most for your money. If you chose him to help sell/rent or find an investment property for you, you'd be in safe and capable hands.

GoogleI’ve had a great experience buying with Oulsnam. Kat initially facilitated my viewing - she was lovely, responsive, and not “pushy” at all which I really appreciated. Thank you Kat!
