GoogleMassive thank you to Clint for the sale on our apartment. Clint put our apartment on the market and less than 2 weeks later.. sold it! From start to finish Clint kept us in the loop with absolutely everything and walked us through every step of the way. Selling a property can be very stressful but Clint made it smooth sailing and effortless for us. Balgores was the agent we used to buy the property. In the final stages of the exchange Billy and Paul both worked hard to get this over the line, especially as the deal ran into some difficulties with our buyer. In the end Billy’s tenacity helped move it forward and finally we succeeded. Two nice guys who are easy to talk to and very professional. Happy to give highest recommendation. Thanks fellas 👍👍

GoogleI’ve rented a property through this agency and the only thing they are interested in is collecting the rent. When it comes to fixing problems that arise in the property that’s another story. Over 3 weeks now I’m unable to use the sink in the bathroom. On the rental payment day I will get a text message from them every hour until I pay rent but can’t get support when I’m in need of it. Don’t expect the same service when you’re in the property.
