I highly reccomend Balgores if you are looking to let a property! Masum was the consultant who showed me round the property, answered all my questions in confidence and was just generally a joy to talk to. I was able to get my references completed within a 4 days with no delays on my chosen move in date. paul and Emily were great help when Masum was away from his desk whenever I called in, not many agents have a team that work so closely together.
