I recently found myself back trying to purchase a property, I'm on the wrong side of the mid 50's and was a little concerned about the availability of a suitable mortgage that would meet my needs and it needed to be of a competitive rate. Well my introduction to Balgores in Upminster, and particularly Parmi (Parmi is the in-house mortgage specialist) was like Manna from Heaven. She went to extraordinary lengths to find a suitable Lender. She found the first Lender, then explored the potential of several other lenders, with all sort of variables, 2 year fixed, 5 year fixed, 10 year......... on and on. Suddenly, several options were on the Table, no obligation was forced, I took the options home, explored the different scenarios, and arranged another meeting with Parmi. We discussed further agreed what best met my needs, and hey presto, I got what I needed. Approved by a Blue-Chip Lender & at a very competitive rate. I'm not usually the review writing type of Guy, but this one good job done deserves credit. My appreciation and thanks go out to all the team at Balgores. Best Wishes From Dominick

We had a fantastic moving experience with Balgores - nothing was too much trouble for the staff in particular Deepak who went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone , I feel it was excellent value for money for the service that they give . My experience with Jacquie Martin and balgores lettings Hornchurch. Jaquie is a lovely person when you first meet her but that soon changes. Initially I went with balgores due to jacquies horror stories about non arla registered agents her insistence that she could get me 6months rent in advance and the fact she was so confident she could achieve £300.00 a month more then the other agents had quoted and an 8% fully managed offer. (Mine was a limited time offer that jumped to 18%) She found me tenants after a month and 3 price reduction, she got me the 6 months in advance she promised and so far so average. To my dismay and after apparently doing 3 property inspections, a cannabis farm was found in the loft of my property and the fully referenced tenants did a runner! At this point I was financially desperate and my head was all over the place. I should have gone else where but I didn’t. They found me another tenant who paid 6 months rent in advance.... little did I know at the time but this is a trick tennats use to get passed the minimum break clause in a tenancy so beware anyone paying rent in advance. This set of tennats set up a puppy farm in my property and caused no end of damage. I’ve finnally got them out with next to no help from my property manager. I won’t be returning.

Where do I start we were recommended to use Billy (Brilliant Manager) at Balgores to sell our property and I did not need to look elsewhere what an amazing team. We had viewings and every member of staff that came to do them was professional, friendly and efficient, I never had to chase once they were fantastic I would like to name all that were also involved Paul, Deepuk, Charlie, Tom, Heather, Emily and Chris (particularly as he handled our file while Billy was on annual leave and was brilliant) . Once we had our buyer Suzanne (Absolute Diamond) was amazing from start to finish she had kept me updated and in the loop at all times chasing solicitors etc. which is out of our hands. Originally a recommendation by a friend I was instantly impressed by the initial contact and communication from Joe. I then spent some time looking at other agents and online providers (who may have been cheaper but lacked a professional touch!) but the first impression by Balgores stayed prominent so there really was no other company close! The original help from Michael and the leg work by Joe nearer completion I felt was of a very very high standard and totally worth paying for!!
