TrustpilotFaith Restored!!
I had the pleasure of working with Kellee on the sale of my property and having gone through a terrible experience with my previous estate agent I was really jaded. Kellee is the epitome of professional. She gave me all the information I needed and reassured me. My buyer was found in a little over a week after listing and for the price I wanted so need for endless haggling. Totally recommend Kellee. Thanks so much for restoring my faith in Estate Agents!@

TrustpilotWell organized and professional team
Buying a property is very highly likely to be very smooth specially for the first time buyers. And even all the property agencies are not the same in terms of dealing with individuals. Balgores Dagenham is definitely a recommended agency to work with. Had few delaying issues but it overall went well. The whole team was helpful but Mr Femi will be the top of the rank in terms of dealing our case. Appreciate team Balgores Dagenham!

TrustpilotBalgores Upminster were great
Balgores Upminster were great, we sold our property quickly then lost out buyers, literally the whole branch worked tirelessly to find a replacement buyer. Branch Manager Richard was great when he valued our house, no pressure to go with them and when we did he didn't try to influence which package to go with. Both Chris & Heather in branch were able to step in and out of helping us easily so we felt very looked after. Communication was clear, advice was freely offered and when I wobbled whoever picked the phone up took the time to clam me down. We have a lovely new home thanks to Balgores Upminster and I can't thank them enough!!

TrustpilotPerfect from start to finish!
We recently sold our previous property and also purchased our new property, through Balgores Dagenham. Curtis done a fantastic job handling the sale of our house (for above asking price) and then provided us with a number of properties that fit our needs perfectly. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process, especially given the current situation with the pandemic and also made us feel like friends rather than a client. I can’t recommend Curtis enough if you are looking to buy or sell!

TrustpilotVery helpful, reliable and professional
I recently sold my property through Balgores Basildon. What an amazing bunch of people. From Daniel, Josh and Niall in sales who sold my house in 10 days for a good price, to Sarah in after sales. What an asset this young lady is. She always called me back same day, was extremely helpful and kept it together when we had a last minute issue which my solicitor caused. Thank you all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

TrustpilotSterling performance
Kurt and his team were professional at the least and above and beyond at the most. They even offered to put out a selection of biscuits for us, but on a diet so...Anyway, if I ever move away from this splendid area I will be going back to them.

TrustpilotCouldn't have done enough for me, definitely would use Balgores again
I had to sell and purchase a property given some unfortunate personal circumstances, and Curtis at Balgores handled both for me. These weren't straight forward transactions, however Curtis and the team handled it all for me to make it as seamless as possible. The transactions went through quicker than expected and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Estate agents often get a bad reputation, but these guys go above and beyond to help you and their advice and expertise is invaluable!

TrustpilotRichard Burns and his Team at Balgores…
Richard Burns and his Team at Balgores Upminster are exceptional. They constantly provide me with an outstanding service as a Private Client lawyer and Richard always gives helpful, constructive and trustworthy advice. He valued properties for me during the first lockdown by providing adequate and extensive comparables based on past sales. He also managed to market properties and administer sales in extremely difficult circumstances. Richard and his Team provide a professional service that is second to none.

I've been looking to sell my house now for the past 9 months which in current conditions was difficult and after trying a couple of different agencies a friend told me to try Balgores in Dagenham as they helped them to sell their property. Curtis was the agent I first had the pleasure of meeting. He dealt with me in a very professional and friendly manner and made sure to keep me informed every step of way. Would highly recommend.
