I have used Michael a couple of times and he is very knowledgeable about the mortgage market and gives excellent advice. Both he and Mackenzie were always available whenever I needed them throughout the mortgage application process, which was very assuring and really sets them apart as excellent advisors.

GoogleSurprised. They make you leave a review the moment they find you a property and to mention their name. With a 6 bedroom house kicking all the problems under the carpet and making everything else seems all in working order. Been facing this issue last winter with no hot water with a 30 years old boiler. Slow response to emails, been calling the agent who is in charge of our property but never man up to speak to me, passes the message to the receptionist that they’re working on it. Not very impressed.

The buying property whole process in the UK are quite different from those in Hong Kong, that is not easy, fortunately with the help of the entire team of Balgores Property of Hornchurch, they helped me find my favorite house, and I am happy to tell you, now the transaction was finally completed.From making appointment viewings the house until to my offer to the seller for negotiation, Sam and Kellee were get it done quickly, Hannah take over the case afterward, she always follow up my every email promptly, react quickly to my every requirements, she work carefully and responsible, with high efficiency and achievements, including some negotiation about the furniture with the seller, one more important thing is Hannah kept helping me urge my solicitor, enable the transaction can still be completed quickly during the pandemic period.I am here express my gratitude to this team of Balgores Property of Hornchurch, they all are excellent, especially Hannah, she really a good helper.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Conor, Charisse and the rest of your team. You really do a great job dealing with us your landlords and of course the wonderful tenants. You always are professional, attentive, on top of any issues and always ready to give advice regarding tradesmen for repairs, general work needed to the property. Also, you work so well as a liaison between Landlord and tenants. I would like to make it known to your bosses how much I appreciate all that you do as a team.I would also like to give a massive praise to Dan Day one of your contractors you use and recommend. When my last tenant moved out there was some work that I wanted to have some work done on the property. You recommended Dan and I cannot praise him enough! He has been very professional, hardworking, executes work in a very timely manner, accommodating, always looking out for your best interest. He is a pleasure to work with and a massive asset to you. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish from the Hornchurch Branch. All staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Our purchase was during the Covid outbreak so it came with some challenges, however the agent and broker were exceptional in keeping us up to date and helping when we needed it. Would highly recommend. Special mentions to Callum, Donna and Dan (Broker) who were great throughout.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDPlease do not be fooled by any of the good reviews about Balgores Hayes Brentwood. We rented a property from them two years ago and had serious issues with the property including severe leaks and damp which we informed them of multiple times in writing however property managment never did anything to resolve the issue OR even inform the landlord. It was because of this we left the property and vacated in August 2020 towards the end of our tenancy which we paid for until the end of our contract. It is now December and we still have not received our deposit back which equates to around £2000. After chasing them every couple of weeks we were never directly told about a dispute our landlord had regarding the issues of the leaks and the damage it left the property it, only in a brief phone conversation in November months after chasing back our deposit. Oddly all of my emails relating to the issues had never been passed on to the landlord and the property management team had left the property to rot. All of this and not to mention Brentwood lettings manager attempted to blackmail me over email to get me moved out of the three bedroom property in ONE WEEK during the pandemic due to finding a new Tennant that he was scared to lose and told me if I didn't the potential new Tennant would be devastated and homeless when I said it wouldn't be feasible as a family with a young child and no support whilst in lockdown to which he became rude and aggressive. He also refuses to acknowledge any part of his responsibility in helping tenants and when I called him out of desperation when having an enormous leak in the house his words were ''what do you want me to do about it''. The list goes on and on with the no returned phone calls or emails and still I have no deposit back. Please do not deal with this company ever, they cannot be trusted.As for the property management team they are also part of the ''cant do'' culture and will not call you back or have a defensive attitude and make you believe you are the problem when they do not do a single thing. Im now reporting internally to the property ombudsman to try and obtain my money back.

My 90 yr old parents decided to move from Cornwall to Essex to be near family, and found a property through Basildon Balgores. The whole process was complicated by the pandemic but throughout, all the staff have been friendly, informative and (important to us) true to their word. Once my parents decided on a property, Sarah has been keeping us updated and answered a whole array of questions and concerns promptly, honesty and with good humor. Sarah has been the nicest person throughout and so on the case. We are nearing the end (fingers crossed), of this experience and we truly feel the members of staff at Basildon Balgores deserve recognition of the service they have provided to us. Thank you all.

GoogleAmazing service. Super responsive and helpful. My family needed to move urgently and Mica Pengelly especially, managed to secure us a fantastic home, and finalise the move during a pandemic, national lockdown and the festive break - spanning Christmas and New years. You can imagine how anxious one would be trying to finalise a move during Christmas and New Years, but Balgores kept communicating which made the whole process seamless.
