TrustpilotVery happy with the service
Very happy with the service in particular Allanah Buckroyd from Balgores Chelmsford. We had previously sold our property with another agent but our buyer pulled out close to exchange which would mean we would have to pull out from our onward purchase. We then instructed Balgores Chelmsford, Allanah and the team quickly arranged viewings and were able to secure a new buyer who could proceed quickly. We exchanged 3 weeks later!Balgores Sales Progressor (we had Sarah Oakley) was very responsive and kept on top of the proceedings.Fantastic Service!

TrustpilotVery Helpful
We recently sold our house with Balgores Basildon. Everyone there has been very helpful and friendly. We found Josh Finch and Sarah Oakley to be particularly helpful. Sarah definitely went above and beyond to help with our very stressful move. I would have no hesitation in recommending Balgores Basildon.

TrustpilotExcellent Estate Agents
I can’t praise Balgores enough, especially Sarah Oakley and Allannah. My house didn’t even go on right move and sold for the asking price, I was happy I only had to show 3 couples round as my schedule is hectic and selling and buying is one of the most stressful things in life but Sarah made it so much less stressful than it should of been, she did all the chasing with solicitors, buyers and sellers..... I wouldn’t go to any other estate agent now..... just go to Balgores..... Best Estate Agent

TrustpilotExcellent service from Balgores!
Excellent service from Balgores when we wanted to purchase our first property. Thanks to Lucy Franklin our mortgage broker who helped us on our way to getting all the necessary paperwork we needed to get started. She was very friendly and professional and easy to work with and welcomed every inquiry we had and there was no silly question. We were then met by Balgores property consultant Josh Finch who was extremely helpful in helping us organise our viewings. He also endeavoured to allow a degree of flexibility to suit our busy schedules. Thanks to Sarah Oakley and Mackensie Walker who helped us through the final proceedings in co-ordinating everything we needed with our solicitor. They were very professional and worked in a timely manner to help speed things up for us due to the urgency of our situation. These are the right professionals you needed. We really can't thank you all enough and we look forward to working with you all again in the future. Lisa and Ike.

TrustpilotBalgores Hayes, Brentwood
Balgores Hayes, Brentwood, gave me an efficient, professional service, from introducing prospective buyers to chasing up outstanding queries in order for the transaction to be completed satisfactorily. They also gave me information regarding my actual move, which was very helpful. All in all a competent, friendly service which I am happy to recommend.

TrustpilotPlease ignore all the fake 5 star reviews.
Please ignore all the fake 5 star reviews saying things like Daniella is great (she really isn’t) and you are left with a lot of people saying the same thing which was also our experience. Once they have your money you’re gonna get ignored. We had several maintenance issues which we reported which were ignored and don’t even think about getting your deposit back without having to go through the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

TrustpilotBalgores Brentwood
We were originally up for sale with another agent who were very unprofessional, and had enough of the bad service. We appointed Balgores to take over the sale. They were very good. Sold our house within 2 weeks of being on the market. Will definitely be recommending to people in the future.

GoogleJust want to write this review in regards to Tom. From our viewing all the way through to our purchase, Tom was professional, calm and caring. He gave us a consistent service that was second to none. Balgores - you should be proud of a staff member like him! Well done Tom and thanks for all your help.

GoogleRecently purchased a property and Michael was our mortgage advisor along with the help of Mackensie. Could not recommend enough, process wasn’t always smooth sailing but both always available for a call and also updating us on the process throughout. They made the purchase that little bit easier.

GoogleMichael was a really great help. New to the whole house-buying thing, and he answered all of our questions and explained everything so we could understand. He's given us a lot of great advice and we know he's always only an email or phonecall away if we need him again.

GoogleI've recently brought a property through Balgores and it's been an excellent service beginning to end. I advertised my old property with an online estate agent and the difference is night and day, Ross at Balgores was super helpful and offered advice that my own agent couldn't answer. Top service, thanks very much!
