Some staff at Balgores Estate Agents in Dagenham are time wasters specially Femi Aladeokin. Although Alfie was genuine who showed me the property at 58 Rogers Road Dagenham. I made an offer on the property and was given the impression that the vendor most likely would accept this offer as it was the highest and that the property had been vacant for the past year due to probate order. I was informed by Alfie to send all my solicitors details as this would speed matters, which I did. The following day Femi Aladeokin came on the scene informing me that he is dealing with the property and Alfie was dealing on his behalf and that the vendor has refused my offer so I increased my offer and after five minutes Femi called me to say that my increased offer had been refused. I then increased my offer to the full asking price but I believe it was never conveyed to the vendor although I was a chain free and met the vendors requirements. Femi sent me a letter that evening via his admin team in which he only mentioned my first lower offer (and no mention of the higher offer) saying vendors non acceptance of the lower offer. When I called the next day I was kept on hold for long time and Femi did not have the courtesy to come to the phone and I was never informed if the vendor was ever conveyed my offer of the full asking price. Very sly and unprofessional behaviour of Femi Aladeokin i would not be recommending them to anyone. Avoid being served by Femi Aladeokin when dealing with Balgores estate agents in Dagenham.

Landlords, Tenants please avoid if you can. Balgores from Loughton and Brentwood are just waste of your time. They are very unprofessional and do not respect you. Starting from the receptionist who is rude and never passes messages or hangs up on you, and finishing on the Property Manager named Daniela Troon who never replies to the emails. Unfortunately to resolve the issue I needed to take a matter to the Property Ombudstman and TDS. I am so glad I do not have to deal with Balgores ever again.

I can highly recommend Balgores in Brentwood, both Joe H and Michael were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process so easy and straightforward.Our house had been placed with two other agents for months before we signed up with Balgores both of which cost us money up front yet we had an offer and subsequent sale on our house the very first weekend it was with Balgores with no charges at all until completion fees.They are not just any estate agents ....

Recently sold and bought another house with Basildon Balgores. Amazing experience! It was not my first time to buy the house and I know how much hassle it can be, but dealing with Basildon Balgores was very easy and smooth. Sarah Okley is sales impactor, she is an amazing person to deal with. She work hard and chasing up both side when it needs to be to speed up the process. Nyall, the agent, get the house for me what I was looking for, for the right price, top man to deal with him as well! Sarah definitely went above and beyond to help, and actually did more than our useless solicitors, she reduced our stress by obtaining and sending documents that the solicitors should have done themselves. 5 star service from the lovely Joe Hayes at the Brentwood branch. He dealt with the sale of our property, and we ended up buying our new home from him too. He took all of the stress out of the equation and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how he dealt with both the sale and purchase so seamlessly. People say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but thanks to Joe that hasn’t been the case for us. I didn’t sell through Balgores Chelmsford. The property I purchased was. Sean and Sarah were excellent at communication with me through the process. I actually spoke to them more than my own Estate Agent or solicitor as I received a reply more promptly with reliable information. Sean called me when my new house came on the market as it matched what me and my family were looking for. So one of the best phone calls I have ever received. Would recommend Balgores Chelmsford
