Initially viewed a flat and when we realised we could afford something more Anj suggested we view a house just around the corner. Straight away Anj went to get the keys to show us around, and this is the house we ended up purchasing. Very accommodating and helpful, all the way through the process. Would definitely recommend! Balgores Romford, sold my new development in Essex. Presented superb photos and a very detailed and comprehensive description. Marketed on numerous advertising avenues. Took control of the whole process from start to finish and didnt have to worry about anything. The paperwork trail was all issued as and when things happened, from viewings, offers, declined offers, agreed offers, contracts issued, exchanges and completions. And throughout the conveyancing process, chased all the relevant parties to make sure the sale didnt delay. I could not recommend them more, excellent agents.

Rented my property out through Balgores Hayes for past 12 months and could not fault a thing. First class customer service from the staff in the office and a well run management department to look after both mine and my tenants daily needs. BALGORES ROMFORD Honestly wow. So unprofesional people. Got a time for a viewing 1 bed flat, and less then one hour before viewing the flat,got message that it’s canceled, no explination,nothing, we been coming from kinda of far to check that flat and we was so exited, and on our way we just got a text ,that they cancel our viewing... Tried to call and get an explination, but we got the same text again that it’s canceled... Honestly so unprofesionall, saw alot of bad reviews about this agency, couldn’t believe they actually such unprofesional people. AVOID agency’s like that... Nothing cost to answer the phone and explain situation...Honestly wouldn’t give even 1 star if would have an option.

My husband and I were looking for a flat to start a family when came across Balgores Property Romford. We had excellent experience with one of the agents whose name is Katrina. She showed us the property and was extremely helpful, allowed me to make measurements and was very patient. Katrina was very knowledgeable about the property and gave very useful advise. It was our first time looking for a property to rent as we were recently married and Katrina made it pleasurable experience. I had so many questions about the renting process including tenancy checks and Balgores Property and Katrina were always happy to help and make things easy for me. I would recommend my family and friends to see Katrina at Balgores Property. Excellent team. So happy with the service

Had a recent viewing for a duplex. The agent who showed us around was not accommodating and not knowledgeable about the property, telling us that all details will be in the pack that she has given us. Also made it a point to tell us that she has other people coming to view the property soon and wanting us out of the property. Also gave me a call back and asked why we viewed the flat if we now realise we want a house. As a customer, I would not want to deal with an agent who thinks that customers are dispensable just because there is a boom with housing sales. We viewed the flat as we were looking for either flats or houses and our viewings have led us to solidify our choice for wanting a house instead. We would have considered this is property if not for the subpar experience we've had. It is not up to the customer to read up on the property because as an estate agent, you should know what you are trying to sell. I think agents sometimes forget that the customer will only put their money into a company that makes the whole process of moving houses a less stressful experience than it already is.

We unfortunately chose Balgores Hayes Brentwood to manage our property when moving overseas. The property management service used to be 'managed' in their Brentwood Office and is now 'managed' through their Dagenham office. When the property was 'managed' through Brentwood the service was pretty bad and the tenants complained about their lack of attention and not responding to issues. After they moved property management to Dagenham it got even worse we now have a range of issues that nightmares are made of. We don't usually complain about services but they are sooooo bad it is impossible not to. We like to be positive and the one positive thing I can think of is that they seemed very nice and responsive when we originally signed the contracts and at the time we 100% believed that they would provide a good service. It went downhill from there ......Note we have friends that have also used Balgores Hayes to 'manage' investment properties and unfortunately they have had bad experiences with them too so unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a one-off.

Mr Mark, and.Mr Chris they're very professional and friendly I already have 1 bedrooms flat rent out since 4 years with them payment always are on time in my bank account. Now I'll rent my own property 3 /4 bedrooms with them again I give 4 star because they have expensive contractors when something goes wrong in the property. The charge you £70 only for a call to investing the problem and try to sorted out, then they will send you the estimated jod with quotations. In my idea they should change contractors, get cheaper and honest with price So my advise to you to get your own contractors. Other than that I give 5 stars

The worst agency services regarding lettings on the market. We recently rented a house through Balgores agency, dealing with two ladies Toni Jones and Katrina. When we saw the property they assured us, the agency will make sure everything will be in perfect condition and in working order for us to move in. And also they will carry out all the health and safety checks, to make sure the house is ready to be rented. We were also promised a deep cleaning of the property. All this mentioned above, did not happen. This two ladies are are the most despicable liars. When we received the keys, we discovered that the electricity meter is faulty and also the electrical fuse was faulty and a danger to the house. The downstairs toilet was faulty, when you flushed the toilet water was coming out underneath, the backdoor was broken, could not be locked, the thermostat was not working, the owen was not working and the smoke alarms are not working either, also the radiator in the bathroom was broken and leaking badly. We think they just paid someone to sign their safety checks, so they can rent out the house as soon as possible and to get their commission. We intend to act legally against this despicable and discriminatory behaviour. Just because we are Romanians it doesn't mean we can be treated like this. It's a pity I can't upload pictures of the state of the property.

GoogleMichael and his team from Mortgage Advice Bureau have been amazing helping us through all parts of our mortgage and insurance. Nothing was too much and no question too silly! Would definitely recommend and after having experience in the past with other mortgage brokers, we will definitely be returning to Michael when we need to remortgage! Although we didn't end up purchasing our house through Balgores, our experience with the sales team (in particular Tom who we dealt with the most) was brilliant, they were always happy to help, very friendly and professional. A great estate agents (and we spoke to a few!!) Thanks again everyone! Lauren.
