I dealt with Kyle regarding the purchase of my new build flat in 2019 and he was very professional and helpful from the start. Even though it took much longer than expected to be finished, he was very communicative throughout and regularly kept me updated. I didn't have to deal with different people there, Kyle was always available to help. I felt like he was always on the case and was very helpful and supportive. Kyle, David and Marcus have been absolutely amazing. They told us they would sell our house within a week and they did. We can not thank you enough. Now that we are settled in our new home I have time to reflect on the selling of our previous home. For us it was a most traumatic experience as we were caught up in the crazy stamp duty deadline. Kyle Nicholls is the most dedicated person you will ever come across. His client care is second to none. He kept me updated constantly and NOTHING was too much trouble. When I couldn't find a removal company he was researching and phoning to get me moved. Not his job. David and Kyle were both excellent! Always kept me up to date with everything that was going on from viewings down to the feedback from each potential buyer. They were always at the end of the phone whenever I had any questions or doubts about any of the process. Kyle has made the end of the process so easy and always reassuring me, as well as keeping on top of things and making sure everything was on the move in the right direction! We have had some quality banter along the way too! So happy that I choose these guys to sell my house and can't thank you all enough! We chose Austin & Wyatt on Canford Heath to market our property as we felt that of the valuations we had, David had the best grasp of the local property market and impressed us with his attitude. During exceptional circumstances due to COVID, the viewings were well managed and we received prompt feedback. Having accepted an offer, Kyle kept us regularly updated by phone and email throughout the process. The chain stalled a couple of times and Kyle took the initiative to help resolve the issues. We feel that this level of service is rare these days. We are so glad we chose Austin & Wyatt.

Both David and Kyle have been nothing but amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. From David discussing the property with us over the phone at the start and arranging for us to view the property multiple times and for Kyle going above and beyond to answer/update us on the latest whenever we required. I cannot thank Kyle enough for all the extra chasing he did to help us get this over the line and to exchange. Being a first time buyer and literally having no idea how things worked, Kyle was always happy to explain the process which helped ease the stress of it all. Thanks again for all your help!

Purchased a house through Marcus and dealt with Kyle later on down the line. Couldn't be happier with the service that has been provided. Kyle has been brilliant with keeping on top of things, keeping everyone in the know and responding to all and any queries. Even through the pandemic they were absolutely outstanding and at no point could have asked for more. Always accommodating, even when we went for 3 viewings on the same house. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have.
