Sold my property through Austin & Wyatt (Bournemouth) and the service was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor for long stretches, two buyers were lost during the process, and I repeatedly had to chase for updates. There were basic administrative errors, including agents attending with the wrong keys and contacting the wrong solicitors. The sale eventually completed, but the overall experience felt disorganised and lacking in professionalism. I would not recommend ever.

Austin and Wyatt provided a good service where the manager Charlotte spent signifier time on our process of buying with them. There were repeated issues with solicitors and Charlotte went out of her way to help keep the communication with the solicitors open. If it was for their responsiveness and persistence I think it would have taken twice as long to buy. Charlotte, Callum and Ben were always professional, polite and helpful and we are finally in our dream home!!

I used Austin & Wyatt (Bournemouth) to sell my house. I had previously used another estate agent with no success. Austin& Wyatt were excellent. They were always helpful and cheerful. The branch manager, Charlotte, was extremely professional and very proactive managing the chain. The sign up process was straightforward and communication good. Viewings were always accompanied and arranged efficiently. The house took a while to sell but they never complained. The negotiation of the offer and acceptance was handled superbly. The bill at the end was exactly as promised, no hidden extras. I thoroughly enjoyed selling my house with them and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

EDITED: After seeing their response, I have already emailed and have been ignored by their staff who respond that email. They do not take complaints or issues to your property seriously nor do they care. Considering I have a terminal illness to deal with witch also isn’t been taken in to consideration, I would go as far as to say, Austin Wyatt are not far off from being an unprofessional, untrustworthy, slum landlord agency if I’m honest and I would never EVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Austin Wyatt led me in to a tenancy agreement without even checking the property it was fit for purpose. Upon moving into my property, I found the hot water was nonexistent. Months later, it still is nonexistent and nobody has even tried to rectify this or reassure me despite countless reports. I’ve been literally forced in to ending the tenacity early because they’ve allowed the landlord to continue to ignore the issue. He will now ignore the early end of tenacity also, meaning I have to pay months more rent for an unfit property I’ve not even been staying at and won’t be staying at any time soon! If you’re absolutely desperate on the street with nowhere else, use this company. They’ll find you something. If you want something genuine and long term with security and peace of mind, go somewhere else.
