Sold my property through Austin & Wyatt (Bournemouth) and the service was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor for long stretches, two buyers were lost during the process, and I repeatedly had to chase for updates. There were basic administrative errors, including agents attending with the wrong keys and contacting the wrong solicitors. The sale eventually completed, but the overall experience felt disorganised and lacking in professionalism. I would not recommend ever.

Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.

We rented with Austin&Wyatt Bournemouth, great at first couldnt do more for us. However over months our home became covered in mould and damp. No fault of ours! Bit Austin&Wyatt and countrywide and our landlord didnt want to know. We in the end had to go to the council, in return we had a load of abuse from our landlord and our 4 year old was scared to be at home and never wanted to go home. What made it even worse is we had to get rid of a lot of our belongings when we moved due to the mould that had got to it. We have now had to start again. Honestly the worst experience of my life. And with my child and trying to keep them healthy too. Oh and the 1 star id actually give it 0!

Just had the most irritating call with an agent. I asked for a ballpark of what commission fees would be if they sold a property of around £ 180k. I have the fees from one agency and I wanted a rough comparison. I was told that they had to do a valuation before they can disclose that information. I asked, if the property cost of £ 180k hypothetically, what it would be as I didn't want to wait several days for an answer. No luck. I do have a property for around that value, and if your agent gave me that hypothetical information, it was a likelihood I would have commissioned you to sell. This won't happen. Very frustrated.
