Austin & Wyatt Bournemouth: It was only when I threatened to terminate the contract that they pulled their finger out and started allowing viewings. The sales process took an entire year thanks to the buyer’s solicitor (recommended by Austin Wyatt). The entire process has been nothing but stress. Please contact the lovely Marta at Palmer Snell for a much better service.

So this is a tough review to leave, and let me explain why. Upon entering the office I found a gentleman sat back in his chair using a vape talking to another gentleman behind him. The second stood up and introduced himself as Ben the sales manager. I ask if they did lettings and Ben was most helpful and took my details as he explained Andy the lettings manager was on the phone. Andy became free and gave me the advice I was looking for reference letting and the benefits of long term over holiday let’s. I left satisfied with my visit even tho a little surprised a large letting agent would allow staff to vape in the office, with the service of Ben and the information given by Andy I would have to give a 5 star, for the vape using guy I would suggest giving up as it can kill!!
