Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.

I was referred to the team by my sister in law when my father passed away. I can honestly say that the compassion, empathy and professionalism shown by Kyle & his team is second to none. They found a buyer within a week, before the property was even marketed. I never had any doubts that the home I spent my childhood in would be sold. It was bitter sweet because losing my Dad was overwhelming, that together with the fact I hadn't lived in the UK for 23 years, and was completely out of touch with how the process worked! Kyle, my agent, was wonderful. From the initial meeting when he viewed the property I wanted to sell, he was enthusiastic, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended and I agree with that totally. He helped me navigate the whole process from putting the property on the market to completion. The whole journey was stressful to say the least but Kyle was always there to offer reassurance and calmness that everything would work out. He would always return my messages or phone calls even whilst he was on holiday! He was on the ball the whole time, constantly making phone calls and communicating with various solicitors some of whom were challenging and slow to progress. Never ever again

We rented with Austin&Wyatt Bournemouth, great at first couldnt do more for us. However over months our home became covered in mould and damp. No fault of ours! Bit Austin&Wyatt and countrywide and our landlord didnt want to know. We in the end had to go to the council, in return we had a load of abuse from our landlord and our 4 year old was scared to be at home and never wanted to go home. What made it even worse is we had to get rid of a lot of our belongings when we moved due to the mould that had got to it. We have now had to start again. Honestly the worst experience of my life. And with my child and trying to keep them healthy too. Oh and the 1 star id actually give it 0!
