During exceptional circumstances due to COVID, the viewings were well managed and we received prompt feedback. For various reasons my moving in date has been postponed on numerous occasions which at first wasn't a problem but eventually became very frustrating for that reason it was always Kyle I turned to sometimes very angry. Our experience of other Estate Agents has been honestly awful so it was a lovely surprise to speak to an agent who is honest, professional but very friendly and approachable too. David mostly dealt with our sale and was extremely organised, helpful, friendly and always did what he said he was going to do - a rare thing these days! Later on, due to the complicated nature of things we were also being dealt with by Kyle, the Manager who was also fantastic and definitely went over and above! Despite the whole process taking months, he was super organised, always knew exactly what was going on and was professional but friendly. I don't usually leave reviews but I would absolutely recommend these guys, they were amazing, just what you want from an Estate Agent (but didn't think you could get!)

We didn’t give Kyle the easiest of tasks as we wanted to sell discreetly without online marketing. He kept our property in mind and seized the opportunity to book a viewing when a suitable potential buyer visited his office. Fortunately they liked our property enough to make a final offer of exactly the sum we were seeking. Thank you so much to Austin & Wyatt Canford Heath for all you did in selling our house. We gave Kyle, Marcus & David the task of selling our house in a short time frame as we had made the decision to emigrate to Australia and needed the sale of our family home to have gone through within the few months we had before our booked flights. Kyle came to the house and went through the whole sales process with us, giving us all the options we could have.
