We bought a house from Kyle and the team and they were excellent in pushing the solicitors to reach the critical exchange date in order to enable us to apply for our children's schools before the admissions deadline. It was a stressful time for all parties but they kept in contact every step of the way and worked incredibly hard. I would especially like to thank David who was very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge on the local area, as we moved from another county and did not know the area at all. The entire team were fantastic from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.
