Communication was excellent with regular updates as the sale progressed and sensible advice was provided when needed. My wife and I bought a property in Canford Heath just over 3 years ago via Austin & Wyatt, the service was extremely good with friendly approachable staff that assisted us through the whole experience. So when we decided later last year to move property it was an easy choice in who to market and sell our house. Kyle and David were very professional and helpful with in marketing the property via different media means as well as selecting the right type of potential buyers. Once the property was sold they continued to support us in finding our dream home not necessarily via them. A&W helped tremendously, by pushing the solicitors on both sides, resulting in a positive outcome, just within the timescale I needed.
